Slightly off topic but why does the Canadian version of the 25 hybrid only get black interior? US and others get a tan option. We just walked away because of this. Also US models get 10 year powertrain warranty and we get 5 !

Hi, I have a Sx Prestige X Line 2024 and I Bought it in the USA. And mine came with the digital mirror camera in the back aside from the backup camera. And also came with the Black suede on the roof or top. The only 2 diferences was the towing and the tires. Which was like $1,000 diference.

It looks like you are on top of updating your youtube page and social media so I am hoping you have an answer to my Kia Sorento question. We have a 2014 Sorento EX with 59k miles and is in great condition...BUT the infotainment system is stuck on a screen that indicates it is updating the UVO software. I have tried contacting Kia via their website, facebook pages (America and South Korea) and I have been advised that there is no way to get the software updated. Because of this big error of Kia we can no longer use the radio, eservices, CDs, Bluetooth for phone calls, roadside or emergency help and the backup camera. My question is do you know what I have to do to get this thing working? I do like KIA and Hyundai vehicles I also own one of the Velosters, but if the radio can't be updated, I cannot recommend these vehicle makes to anyone. One last thing, although the vehicle is turned off, the stuck update continues to run which drains the months old battery down to not more than 2 volt output. If you don't have an answer for me just let me know and I will continue on my quest. Thank you.
I'll be honest - I asked around in the shop and they haven't seen this before. Unfortunately, it's also difficult to do a diagnosis over the internet without being able to check the vehicle out for ourselves. I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem.
