Great video, that Korea video would be fun, went there in 2019 and been wanting to go back since!

Thanks for the video! I'm an incoming first year math-cs at sixth. Is housing with the sixth apartments not viable for upperclassmen since you had to go off-campus?
Also, is there a way to petition for the BS/MS program? From the website it seems that it's open strictly to cse majors.

@@westonzong436 Hi! Welcome to UCSD :) Go Sixth. Housing is guaranteed for your first two years. After that it’s waitlist-based. For my class it was actually only guaranteed for one year lol, but I managed to get off the waitlist my sophomore year, so you might be able to do the same your junior year. It’s not a guarantee though!
As far as I know, the CSE BS/MS program is unfortunately only open to CS and CE majors. Don’t let that stop you from applying to the CS MS program though, if that’s what you want. If you have room in your schedule, you can petition to take CSE grad courses as an undergrad (I’m also trying to do this before my MS starts). Also look into applying for ERSP and other relevant research opportunities. Good luck!

@@jayklmao Thanks! Have you thought about going to a different school for masters programs? I'm interested in like UCLA and maybe some private schools if you have any tips
