      One of the best questions yaar. Tbh it's really tough to have the financial burden and all the uncertainty that comes along with moving to a completely new country. Even I had few moments of breakdown where I was getting rejected from companies was in a hectic part time but that's when my family. Especially my dad and my brother supported me to keep going.

    I don't get this can someone explain when he said "with time when loan amount decreases, it starts contributing to the principle amount rather than the interest"???

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому +1

      So when you start paying your EMI eg: 45,000 INR then most of it say 28,000 goes towards your interest and remaining amount goes towards your principal amount. So say if your loan is 25 Lacs and you paid your first EMI then your pay back amount becomes 24,85,000/- and not 24,55,000/-

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  3 місяці тому

      Heey Aditi yes it is practical might not be possible during university days as you're working part time but once you are working full time it is possible. A friend of mine managed to payoff 6L with part time in a year.

    Hi brother, just a question in your partime roughly how much were you making? Was it enough for your expenses and also help you pay the loan

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому +1

      I was earning 800-1100 depending on the hours I was getting in a particular month. It was enough for me to manage my expenses and save about 50€ approx

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому +1

      I starting saving and paying off my debt only once I got my full time. Until then I should've paid off the interest that was getting accumulated but was naive and invested that. It's mentioned in the video too.

      It doesn't work like that. You just have to show proof of funds that includes your tuition fees and living expenses. Basically, if you are taking a loan you can show the sanction letter. My sister took a loan from Credila with the help of wemakescholars and showed it as proof and she got her visa.

      Heey Naveen, so you can look for Master's in Computer Science, Data domain or cyber security. I feel these are the booming fields. But also do you own research too. London, Manchester, Nottingham have good universities also look aim for universities that are eligible for govt. Scholarships that would help.

    I feel to give a suggestion i.e, any given day for an education loan for an Indian please go to a Public Sector Bank.The interest rates are comparitively lower than private banks,nbfcs. Process may be hard, but the 10-25 year tenure to repay, moratorium period 0f 1-2yrs to find a job, emi payable after your masters are the few benefits, but please do your own thorough research as well. all the best

    Hello..what about taking student loan for bachelor's?

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому

      I took for Master's. I believe it'll be same for Bachelors just the moratorium period would be more as well the loan amount would be huge. And the banks do provide upto 2Cr. This is assuming you asked for bachelor's abroad.

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому

      Look out for scholarships that would be really good option. As well as the loan amount sanction depends upon the university ranking if it's A, AA etc. Based on this the loan amount and interest rate is fixed

    • @tanmayeah

      It is very competitive however you can opt for grad roles the pay will be less hence you won't be eligible for sponsorship but then you have gain experience in the role and switch to other company based on Irish experience for salary hike that'll meet the criteria.
      I haven't heard of anyone who came back eventually people get some or the other work

    • @tanmayeah

      It depends on the universities too. Some banks have internal list of universities and based on that they give interest rates. If you're going for collateral then SBI HDFC would be good. However compare all the options available

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  3 місяці тому +2

      Yess actually what I have observed if you plan well you can pay it off back in 3 years right when you start part time. But majorly it'll be done once you get full time. So yeah after you get full time it'll be paid off within 2.5-3 years max. If planned properly

    Bhai itna cute hain ye ! Btw am planning to do MSc in Management with specialisations in finance and analytics. Actually I wanted to do an MBA but without work experience I couldn’t get into good university. So I opted for MSc . Are universities in Ireland still have applications open for MSc programmes ? Or should I be looking in UK itself ? I couldn’t show the savings of 10 lakhs apart from the sanctioned lone amount for Australia so the consultancy suggested me to go for UK as it doesn’t require to show savings apart from the Loan sanction letter. She also said that even for Ireland we need to show atleast 5 to 6 lakhs fixed amount or in savings account apart from the loan amount even though the sanctioned lone amount covers all the tuition fee , yearly expenses and fight tickets and stuff . Are they being real ? Or just manipulating me to go for UK ? Also top universities in UK for business and management applications are closed , I feel like why am I doing this when I don’t get good university instead I could join a good university here in India itself for MBA by clearing CAT in this year but by doing that I’ll miss this jan intake . Pls do suggest something am I confused state !

    Hi bro ,
    I have a doubt reg interest, when exactly interest adds up to our loan , during our studies itself or wait until we get a job? I have no idea about this , can you explain about that .. would be helpful for me ...
    Any idea about NZ bro ? Is it good to study there cyber sec?
    Thanks in advance .. and also please do videos in english😅

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  3 місяці тому

      Yess your interest will start right away even during the moratorium period on the amount you disbursed.
      I might not be the right person. But just a overall perspective about the domain. I believe that cyber sec is an upcoming domain as we have so much data being generated. The best practice would be asking to people on Linkedin who have been to the uni which you're targeting there.

      Heey bro yes you can repay it back within 2/3 years. I'm not sure particularly about how's the market in France. But the market in Ireland is the one that favours experienced that's what I've known. But with that said I started as a fresher. So it's really how soon you start the applications and make connections.

    Hello!
    First of all, thank you so much for making this video. I took notes of everything, and all the information has been very helpful. I am planning for the September '25 intake at the University of Galway and had a few questions:
    1. Who is paying €1000 to a student working part-time?
    2. Don't you think the cooling-off or moratorium period is actually beneficial for students? It gives them time to save up before starting to repay the bank.
    3. Is it a good idea to use the savings from part-time work in the first year to pay off the interest that accrues during that time? Then, once employed full-time, can we combine those savings (as you mentioned, ₹50,000) with an additional ₹50,000 set aside for EMI payments, and in the second or third year, pay off the full loan amount?

    • @tanmayeah
      @tanmayeah  4 місяці тому

      1. So the minimum wages in Ireland right now is €12.70/hr and you are legally allowed to work 20 hours and in a month you have four weeks so you can do the math it’s roughly around €900-1000.
      2. Ya it's good but this is my opinion that if there's some minimum payment going every month I won't spend mindlessly. And make minimum payments towards the accumulated interest roughly 8-10k INR a month.
      3. I mean ya you can do it but then your principal amount will keep going up and the compound interest will add onto it. Hence I feel if you have extra cash above 50k make the part payment. It's better again in the sense that if I have extra cash it might get spent so better I prefer I'll do the part payment.

      I would say none there were some or the other issues. But I went ahead with IDFC. About the earnings sorry not comfortable sharing that. But yea you can go for a non collateral application might be the case you get loan of lesser amount or slightly higher interest rate. Check with the bank once.

    My brother is doing a private job of 25 to 30k salary per month.
    If i take a non collateral loan .. whose name this loan will be. Mine or my brother??? In whose cibil score this loan will be active..
