Would you please explain all the types of lash extensions ( classic , hybrid , mega , volume ... I am still confused about them I can't figure out the difference. And the types of lash styles ( cat eyes , open eye .... all of them please ) I had training but I learnt nothing from it .
Would you recommend offering a lash grown serum with service? Would this affect the retention at all? I was trying to think of ways to offer even more of a luxury service

I would say to get cheap lashes off of Amazon (around 5-10 bucks) to practice with. Once you're comfortable then move on to the more high end stuff ($15+). This way you don't feel like you're wasting your expensive lashes.
If you go on amazon you can purchase the beginner lashing kits they sell and it comes with eveuthing you need to practice even the mannequin which for me it helped me out a ton!! Once i started practicing on people i purchased a good glue and some lashes a primer some good tweezers and i wouldnt charge because i was practicing i would just say if they wanted to give me a donation for the services i provided it would help me out with purchasing new products or lashes so just an idea.. i hope this answered your question because in the beginning i was stuck wondering the same thing good luck ladies!!♡

I use borboleta og lashes and they are faux mink. I don’t believe there is a right or wrong answer, it’s really going to come down to preference and what works best for you as the lash artist & what your clients like (:
I haven’t found any easy fans that I like 🥺 I suggest you keep practicing making 2d fans once you are comfortable move to 3D and so on. You got this bb 💗
