    I love that you start from inner corner side and work your way through. I was taught to jump back and forth and i get so confused when I’m practicing. For example I was told to apply a lash on number 10, then 12 then 14. Then to repeat with odd numbers. I literally forget what number I’m on or covered or haven’t covered. I had no idea that i can just simply start from the inner corner and work my way outwards

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 роки тому +8

      To me that's so confusing I wouldn't even know what to do if I was instructed to do that 🤦🏻‍♀️😅 writing on your eyepad definitely makes it so much easier because it's easy to follow along and at least for me I like to start in the inner corners because they are the hardest to do so it's best to get it out of the way so the rest of the lashes are a breeze. Sometimes structure is all we need to make our job easier. I'm glad my videos have been helpful 😘

      @@YoyisLashBeauty honestly I gave up because of that. I was really great at isolation and application, the only thing that was confusing me was the ‘odds n even number’ method. I’m so grateful for this video. I’m actually so excited to pick up my tweezers tomorrow and have it. Thank you! 😩🙏🏽

    I’ve been binging your videos for the past 3 days, honestly I’ve learned so much from you. I would honestly love to get trained and certified by you to do lashes! My goal is to become a lash tech by March. But like I said I’ve been learning so much from your videos, since currently I can’t afford to get classes to get certified but thank you for being so thorough to explain and teach everyone. I love how informative you are I’ve been struggling with the lashes and how to apply the glue and how I try to remove the excess glue. I wanted to know what’s the difference in the lash sizes, and what lash size you should be using for each set also like the thickness of the lash extension what’s the difference, I don’t know if you have a video on your channel explaining? I have been looking for it but couldn’t find it

    First of, thank you so much for all your videos and all the help you offer!
    Now jumping to my question… Do you place the lash extension to the side of the natural lash?
    I have forever been having problems with attaching the lash extension to the base of the natural lash 😭 I usually attach the extension on top of the natural lash and I feel like I can’t ever really have a good visual if I’m properly placing the lash on top of natural lash. If you do place them on the side, I Will most definitely try that. I feel like that might help me so much with my retention problem as well.
    Thanks Yoyis!!!!

    New to your content and its great!! One suggestion/concern: I couldn’t tell completely, but if you’re using a sharpie to mark, don’t put sharpie that close to the eye! I recommend a derm grade liquid eyeliner to mark!! TONS of people have crazy allergies and reactions to the alcohol used in sharpie pens and chemicals in the oil ones, causing issues during application like over production of tear fluid that lifts the glue, and swelling of the eye tissue with pain or itching!! If I’m wrong, please correct me but if that was sharpie I hope that this helps, and that you haven’t had any bad experiences so far with it! Ty for this video though I seriously learned a ton xx just looking out for your gorgeous business!!

    Oh wow, it's my first time watching your tutorial, you made it very simple yet the outcome was amazing. I'm curious that you use same length with all the layers, I was thought longer on the bottom then a little on the next layer.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 роки тому +2

      You only do that when you want the perfect lash line. I wasn't going for that look so that's why I used the same number within that section in all the layers. Everyone teaches differently and not every course teaches to add different numbers within the layers. And that's the reason why I haven't taught it on my channel as of yet because I'm pretty much doing basics for right now. And to Lash in layers using different numbers it can get a little technical since you are using a lot of numbers and most people who come on my channel to learn about last extensions don't know about that and if I try to explain it can be a little confusing if they don't even know the basics of lash mapping

    Thanks for this vid I thought that when you put a lash on you have to move it toward where the natural eyelash is pointing but I saw that you just kept it straight and didn’t face it the same way

    Your videos are very helpful! You’re an amazing lash artist! I’m actually an esthetician and took a couple classes but still not getting the hang of it. Your videos are making me want to get back lashing. I have problems with the eye pads. They’re always sticking to the lashes when i complete a set. So when I’m removing the eye pad, lashes are coming off. How do i avoid that?

      Using a lash fan every 15mins, and brush them gently. The glue will stick to the tape and move it way up the lashes and clump them so just use the fan method to avoid that❤️

      I put a sealer to help the glue dry down completely. It maximizes retention if used correctly.

      Thanks hun. So I do that for all my videos. In every one of them you can see I always wash, prime and seal at the end. No matter what. For best retention I recommend to do that to all your clients.
