The way you explain the use of the tools allows us to practice in real time and the truth is that it is not necessary to pause the video, I only do it when I have deep doubts.
This is an actual tutorial! It explains everything and it is free of "cools", "so" and "mmms". By far the best tutorial I have seen. I appreciate that you take the time to go through things. AMAZING! Thank you
I’m just returning to Illustrator after not using it for many years. This was absolutely fantastic. By far the best I’ve ever watched. I realize there may have been some changes since this was published but the basics will be the same and I now feel confident that I can now tackle my projects with confidence. Thanks so much.
I was intimidated by adobe illustrator and photoshop , but this guy sounds comforting and make it simpler to digest and apply , less stressful and more understandable , thank u ❤
I learned illustrator with a tutorial in 2012 but didn't keep up with it since then. I was kinda frustrated that I forgot so many things about this software because I know it is amazing for drawings. I'm following a tutorial to draw kawaii images and I had 4 options... procreate, clip studio art, photoshop and illustrator. I thought I could give it a try again. Almost didn't click when I saw it was more than 3 hours... THANK GOD I CLICKED! I followed a lot of tutorials in my life and I have NEVER had one as great as this one! The explications are super clear, it's easy to learn, it gets to the point... WOW. This is amazing. I can't thank you enough!
@@LearnitTraining Oh I did! I didn't think it could be possible in a short period of time, I'm soooo happy :) Will definitively talk to people about your channel, and I will check for the photoshop tutorial too! I work with it every day but I know I have a lot of stuff to learn about :)

To increase the size of the toolbar in Illustrator, you can do the following: Open Illustrator > Preferences > User Interface. Adjust the UI Scaling slider. Click on OK. Restart Illustrator as instructed. To resize panel icons so that you see only the icons (and not the labels), adjust the width of the dock until the text disappears. To display the icon text again, make the dock wider. To scale to a certain size, you can use the transform tool. Go to your top tool bar, navigate to Window > Transform. This will open the transform tool. With your artwork you want to scale selected, navigate to the transform pop-up toolbar you just opened. Make sure the “Constrain Width and Height Proportions” button is activated.
Fantastic tutorial on creating and organizing design tokens in Figma! How do you plan to ensure consistent and efficient application of these design tokens across various projects and teams?
Grazie! Thank you so much, David, your classes are so great and extremely helpful! I was always discouraged from using Illustrator because of its apparent complexity but you break down each tool so well without overcomplicating things. The only thing I can't understand is how you did is the shape of the light reflection on the avocado pit (in the shape builder tool section). I can do the long curves but don't understand how you did the top and bottom smaller curves. In any case, I am grateful for your classes.
It's truly amazing tutorial and easy steps to follow along! Thank you, David! But am I the only one here who can't open exercise files? They are inactive on my end. Can anyone advice, please?
Hello Jenny B! We just tested the links and files and they are all currently working. We do recommend checking your antivirus as sometimes they can make the files inaccessible.

Excellent Beginners Look at AI - David you have a great speaking voice and teaching attitude. I created a pattern and used it to fill a shape.
