- The 4th release of the Air week and the last video of the Air Element series here on UA-cam! So this time we are doing together a high-intensity compilation, where I set special goals for us! I chose songs that will test your lungs, your endurance and your power! 🫁💥🫵 It was so tough that my microphone didn't make it to the end 🙈🥵
Trampoline is an excellent tool for losing weight, shaping up your body and burning a lot of calories! So I am making this challenge to help you achieve your results and have fun along the way. All weeks are inspired by 4 elements, so each "Jumping week" will be different. And each week I am uploading 4 videos here on UA-cam. This week is part of the "AIR" week! So get on your trampoline and jump with the elements!

Acerca de la música: mantengo la música lo más alta que puedo para que no "duele" en los auriculares. La música sigue siendo un poco de alquimia a veces para mí, intentaré mejorarla.

Hi! For me the total was 340 calories. In some songs of your old "alter ego" I couldn't hear the music well. Thank you!
Nice! 340 is great result! 🌪💥 And I understand, the music is still a little tricky sometimes for me. In those older videos I was using a different microphone, which was using Bluetooth and sometimes signal interferences occurred. I have upgraded my gear since then 🙏

Alguien sabe por qué yo solo quemo 196 calorías? :( hago los ejercicios con toda la energia e intensidad que puedo pero siempre quemo poco. Influirá mi peso y estatura? Mido 1.50, quizas alguien como yo quema menos que alguien 1.80 😅 o no?
Hola :-) Sí, tu altura y tu composición corporal influyen mucho en la cantidad de calorías quemadas. Cuanto más "pequeños" somos, menos energía utiliza nuestro cuerpo para movernos. Eso también es absolutamente normal :-) ¡Así que casi 200kcal está bien! Otro factor importante es, por ejemplo, la temperatura ambiente. Si haces el mismo ejercicio dos veces, es muy probable que quemes una cantidad de calorías ligeramente diferente cada vez :-)
Además, los contadores más precisos son las correas de pecho. Si utilizas un reloj inteligente o una pulsera, esas cifras también pueden tener una desviación aproximada del 10-20% :-)
