    Trampoline is an excellent tool for losing weight, shaping up your body and burning a lot of calories! So I am making this challenge to help you achieve your results and have fun along the way. All weeks are inspired by 4 elements, so each "Jumping week" will be different. And each week I am uploading 4 videos here on UA-cam. This week is part of the "AIR" week! So get on your trampoline and jump with the elements!

    An amazing session, really well done...it's more difficult than it looks, I sweated a lot...the beautiful thing about this session is that you can count on it even if you don't have a trampoline. Great Tabata...I enjoyed it very much...excellent work..I still jump with you with my age backwards. I owe you thanks...🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍🌺🌺🌺🌺

    Oh dear I've really found my weak spots! Did not do well in blocks 2-4 apart from the planks and leg raises. Thank you for the tough session.
