I have the same part number but I have to pull them so tight that the opposite side pulls off.

Question - my LG drum (and apparently yours as well) has a "front drum seal" that looks identical to the "rear drum seal" - (i) should that be replaced at the same time, and (ii) if so is it the same part# (because I can't find a separate part # for the front drum seal or see a separate part on the dryer schematic)?

Did you figure this out? It looks like the same seal but I am not sure either

Drum Seal is the Same Front and Back, I had to slightly stretch the seal to get to fit on both front and back
