2023 New Years Fitness Challenge | 30 Days | Strong Again

  • It's 2023 and time to kick off the new year with a fitness challenge!
    Our #StrongAgain challenge is a 30 Day fitness program using barre, pilates, dance and sculpt workouts. These classes are designed to burn calories while sculpting beautiful, lean muscle. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced level, you will have options to work within your individual fitness level. We will have a "Newbies" version of this challenge available for beginners.
    The workouts in this challenge will range from 5-55 minutes. You can use the "Make it Express" option to make our 55 minute classes 30 minutes or less.
    The challenge launches on January 2, 2023 and is available to all members of the FBCK online fitness studio. To join in, simply go to fitbycoachkel.com and sign up. Our monthly membership is only $19.99 USD per month with a free cancellation anytime. Members will have immediate access to all of our challenges, dozens of workout videos and new weekly uploads. Once you sign up for your membership on the website you can download the Fit By Coach Kel App and sign in if you prefer to use the app. However, the videos can also be streamed through your web browser.
    It is our hope that this challenge will help you feel strong again and motivated to keep moving your body throughout 2023.

    Hey, Coach Kel! I was thinking of subscribing to your online, but I have a couple of questions before doing so! I’m finding it very challenging to lose weight right now and I lift kind of heavy and do cardio…I have an endomorph body type! I seemed to do better when I was just walking and doing Pilates or lighter weight workouts! I’m also in menopause and I’ve been reading that high stress workouts (like lifting heavy and really high intensity) can release more cortisol in my body and cause the opposite effect of what I’m looking for. Do you think this method of working out (your channel) is a better option for someone such as myself?

      Hey there! I hope you don't mind me chiming in. I also used to do heavy lifting and lots of cardio, and now that I am menopausal it just doesn't work anymore and quite frankly I don't want to do high stress workouts. I do think it causes more cortisol. Coach Kel's workouts will challenge you and make you stronger, but not in a way that stresses your body. You are right on track by listening to your body.

      @@melaniej.roberts206 Thank you, so much for the info and positive attitude! I have done some of her workouts and she definitely challenges you! I’ve decided that I’m going to stick to one or two heavier days and of them will be circuit style to keep my heart rate up! It’s so funny that I was losing more weight when I was just doing a 45 minute walk every day and some light lifting! Before that I worked at a Pilates studio and started taking the classes! I shrunk back into some clothes and didn’t even realize it! I think what threw me off is when I started reading about the different body types! But, I’m finding what works better and it’s nice to get some confirmation from someone who knows what I’m going thru!!! Have a fabulous day!!! 😁

      I have had a lot of children and am premenopausal with similar concerns as you. Pilates and barre and walking has always been the way I’ve lost weight and gotten stronger best. I get too worn out lifting heavy and cardio.

    I have recently come across your channel and I think your approach and style is exactly what I’ve been looking for. My usual barre studio moved and isn’t a good fit anymore for me. I like that your approach is rooted in ballet-exactly what I’m looking for!! Thanks for what you do! I’ve lost 30 lbs already and I’m going to start using your videos to lose the next 30lbs!!
