I think the mistake many presenters make is to keep saying that project 2025 will end democracy in the US. It is true. It will. However, there are many people out there who will vote and who believe that ending democracy "as we know it" is actually a good thing, that a new system, a new approach is needed. I think it would be more efficient to drive home the reality of what it means to end democracy in the US - the loss of rights and freedoms of the average person, the removal of protections from government abuse and all that good stuff that represent the end of democracy but that so many people don't understand in terms of consequences to them personally.
Hard to explain the seriousness of the situation when talking to a post. Listen to some of the on-the-spot interviewers ask questions and get the blank stares and inability to come up with sensible answers. It's dumbfounding.

I think the mistake many presenters make is to keep saying that project 2025 will end democracy in the US. It is true. It will. However, there are many people out there who will vote and who believe that ending democracy "as we know it" is actually a good thing, that a new system, a new approach is needed. I think it would be more efficient to drive home the reality of what it means to end democracy in the US - the loss of rights and freedoms of the average person, the removal of protections from government abuse and all that good stuff that represent the end of democracy but that so many people don't understand in terms of consequences to them personally.
