@angelasealy2595 generally speaking all politicians use teleprompters or these speech writers for this sort of thing and then just memorize the speech. Notice how she doesn't look down...that's because she has no notes. Now, during interviews or press conferences , and debates, they're basically on their own unless they know the questions that will be asked and have an opportunity to prepare in such a way
