Just now seeing this on tv. Love seeing the buildings moved and taken care of. And mom...your son is great to do this. I LOVE the high ceilings My grandparents home had them The movers ..wow.
It's so great that people save these homes from demise & recycles them instead of adding to landfills or wasting more needed trees to make our world oxygen thank you, smart people.
also replacing Old tree's is also good for the Earth as well.. as Young Tree's asorb more C02 than Older ones & doing this also helps manage forest's so older/Dying tree's can be removed before a fire happens from mother natures actions or people that have no-regard for not starting fire's..
What a very lucky mom! You are a very sweet son. So are you looking for tenants for the other homes? If so please let me know. My city is forcing me to get rid of my ducks & geese its a small rural town & my feathered family are very dear to me most of them are rescues abandoned by humans who dumped them after they lost their baby cuteness or just didn't care about them.

Awesome story and graphics, but that stone house looked a lot better in its original location. Kudos to the guy who may have saved it from demolition, though. Must have got his ideas from Henry Ford's little settlement.
A narrow trench? lmao. You obviously do not know what you are talking about, so I am not going to bother explaining to you why that suggestion and you yourself sound stupid.
13:56, I do a lot of plumbing and duct work on trailers and houses here in AZ, that look very similar to what you see there. The problem is, this guy lacks common sense to wear a respirator. Fiberglass is no joke and this guy is inhaling a lot of it, especially when it is old and decaying. Wearing a respy sucks when you are working with little to no clearance, but it is a lot better than walking around with oxygen later in life.

I watched them move the historic Ainsley House in Campbell, CA a couple/few decades ago. They made it a museum.

How does a Landscaper afford to move a house to water front on lake Washington?
He probably has a big business with a lot of people working for him., he's not making that kind of money mowing lawns.
I got the impression at 43:00 that the move was a success, but the marriage was in trouble!
It’s a house. Not a ranch.
Moving those old wooden barns I think is totally ridiculous he is just I don't see any sense in it come on

why do people want a house like this it's cheaper to build a duplicate house.
Because it's not saving an historic house.
