I canned plain roast a few weeks ago! Threw it in the instant pot with some potatoes, onions, celery and carrots and a ton of seasonings for about 10 min just to cook veggies. Oh my goodness it was awesome! It cut the instant pot time way down and yielded a really tender bite of meat.

I recently found French because onion soup canned is very versatile and you can create many recipes with it. Such in-depth flavor to be had.
