I have my own teriyaki sauce using fresh garlic and fresh ginger. Can I use my recipe using the fresh ingredients or would that cause a problem? Or is best to use powdered garlic and ginger?
@@TheMillerLifeKitchen Thank you. My recipe is fairly simple with ingredients that you probably already have and it’s really good. 1 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 to 1/3 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh garlic and 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger. Mix, bring to a boil then let it boil for 5 minutes, add cornstarch is you wish to thicken it. Thanks for posting this video.
