Why not mention beef jerky? If you had some of that you wouldn't need all those GMO, pesticide laden and toxic containing carbs. Protein and fatty acids are nutritionally complete essential foods the body needs to sustain health - carbs are not even needed, nor is the fiber they contain.
Beef jerky is basically fat free. Insoluble fiber is needed - it’s what feeds the microbiome, we don’t need it but they do. Whole wheat berries are the only thing that saves for decades that will contain it. No microbiome - no immunity. Fermented sauerkraut (vitamin C!), legumes and whole wheat (prefer non-hybrid like spelt, kamut, einkorn) berries and a good fat combo are a complete diet if meat is not attainable. Quinoa is a complete protein if gluten intolerant.
Get a freeze dryer and pack away protein for 25 years and you will not be causing inflammation with eating these high carbohydrate foods in this video. And for fat make some pemmican. Eat human food, not those meant for reptiles, fowl, birds and small mammals.

I see them at Costco nothing organic
These food items are a diabetic's death sentence
Amish don't have moustaches
This music does not match this vedio. It is a distraction.
That music sounds like a fear tactic, great info but terrible music, made my gut hurt, very tense, very very negative,
Get a freeze dryer and pack away protein for 25 years and you will not be causing inflammation with eating these high carbohydrate foods in this video. And for fat make some pemmican. Eat human food, not those meant for reptiles, fowl, birds and small mammals.
Ok, maybe we need reminding about these things. But what I don't like is this weirdo music
It's not about gluten free, it's about insecticide free!
This music is so weirdly cultish and dramatic
Great list, but the pronunciation really just grated on my eardrums. It was hard to listen to.
Cans have toxins
I believe in using canned here, they are speaking of glass jar canning.
I think starving would be a bigger concern for a shtf scenario for me and my family but you prepare for yourself in accordance to your area and values
You need to change your music thats creepy
