Way to go King Henry! Leading the pack! Now do a triple configuration on a common shaft with one being the drive, another supplying energy as a generator to the first motor, the third supplying either additional power or more drive and a mechanical cog or sprocket towards an array of gears or gear box.
wow its wonderful bro i'm not an electricaly capable person but i see thats one heck of a project, so much work done in it for sure and it works great 👌
I made this version in order to see if the dual rotor concept would work and it definitely works, I didn’t size the coils or anything else, this was only an “update” video to show the progress made. This version is finished, but I still need to finish editing the video.
I made an axial flux motor but now it wont turn and I only get vibration when I try to spin it up. anyone know what could be the issue? I have mine attached to some stators that generate power.
Maybe you messed up some coil position/conection, I recommend you to check this winding scheme calculator based on number of poles and slots: bavaria-direct.co.za/scheme/calculator/
But is the whole concept of a Axial Flux Motor that you use both sides of the Magnets and Coils, means Rotor in the middle and Coils outside closed with a magnetic Path?
Stator with 6 coils evenly spaced in a circle. Rotor has 2 levels. Level 1 has 6 north facing magnets. Facing the coils. Centered on the coils. Level 2 has 6 south facing magnets. Facing the coils from the other side. When rotated to induction will become autonomous. Why. Just ask artificial intelligence

Ambitious project! Success was great to watch. Keep being you!
Well done. Can't wait for v4
wow
its wonderful bro

Very interesting! Beautiful work, keep it up!
Hmm, you have 2 rings of magnet wire coils, are you going to add another plate of magnets on the other side?
Hello!
This goes better !
We need a selfrunning Maschine .
Mult succes , ai mult talent și inteligență 👏👏👏👍👍
Thank you for the video!
Very nice, really good work, you should be proud of yourself.
Good job with the motor.
Very nice!
Please 🙏 bro can you make a full tutorial on DIY axial flux motor 🙏
You can create more torque with a dual rotor configuration. One rotor on each side of the stator will increase the length of the magnetic field.
I made this version in order to see if the dual rotor concept would work and it definitely works, I didn’t size the coils or anything else, this was only an “update” video to show the progress made. This version is finished, but I still need to finish editing the video.
Check for DKONZEN ‘s videos,he created a dual rotor motor generator; not as smooth as yours but he’s experimenting with capacitors etc
@@OverbuiltByHenryNice, we appreciate your effort, your time and the resources you invest
👍
Please can you tell me the horsepower it produces
Why does it sound so rough? Using cornflakes for bearings?
What is starting torque and air gap between rotating magnet and stator windings ????
How can we insulate magnet and rotor plate
Please put protection around that motor just in case . Never forget Murphy's law
what is the Murphy's law?
@@endurofan9854Murphys Law states that Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. #VoCoTech #NewGenerationXTv #AfroNation
Amazing! Do you have any idea what torque can deliver?
Not yet, dyno build is in progress
The power of torque it depent of how long the magnetic fields are of the axe, as more long the magnetic field to the center axe, much more torque.

Hi ...what kind of metal of the stator that you used .? It's simple mild steel or it's another iron ? Thank you so much
wow. this is only v3?
Hello Henry how can we connect with you?
What is the torque
But is the whole concept of a Axial Flux Motor that you use both sides of the Magnets and Coils, means Rotor in the middle and Coils outside closed with a magnetic Path?
You can do it both ways, dual stator with rotor in the middle or dual rotor with stator in the middle.
It works, but there is no balance. That's why it works on the table as if it were an internal combustion engine.
More light weight composites! A better Bell Fairwheather!
Please can u do this for sale
I would really love to buy

Please value your safety more. That thing will grate you like a block of cheese. Where your gloves? and Secure the test material to the table .

i have make it from pvc, lol...
Initial start was very quirky...not accepted and hence will not pass the test...🙅🏽♂️

Is that a steel disc behind the magnets ???
Yes
that was great work
