    Way to go King Henry! Leading the pack! Now do a triple configuration on a common shaft with one being the drive, another supplying energy as a generator to the first motor, the third supplying either additional power or more drive and a mechanical cog or sprocket towards an array of gears or gear box.

    Hmm, you have 2 rings of magnet wire coils, are you going to add another plate of magnets on the other side?

    You can create more torque with a dual rotor configuration. One rotor on each side of the stator will increase the length of the magnetic field.

    • @OverbuiltByHenry
      @OverbuiltByHenry  Рік тому +3

      I made this version in order to see if the dual rotor concept would work and it definitely works, I didn’t size the coils or anything else, this was only an “update” video to show the progress made. This version is finished, but I still need to finish editing the video.

      Check for DKONZEN ‘s videos,he created a dual rotor motor generator; not as smooth as yours but he’s experimenting with capacitors etc

      The power of torque it depent of how long the magnetic fields are of the axe, as more long the magnetic field to the center axe, much more torque.

    I made an axial flux motor but now it wont turn and I only get vibration when I try to spin it up. anyone know what could be the issue? I have mine attached to some stators that generate power.

      Maybe you messed up some coil position/conection, I recommend you to check this winding scheme calculator based on number of poles and slots: bavaria-direct.co.za/scheme/calculator/

    But is the whole concept of a Axial Flux Motor that you use both sides of the Magnets and Coils,means Rotor in the middle and Coils outside closed with a magnetic Path?

    • @OverbuiltByHenry
      @OverbuiltByHenry  7 місяців тому

      You can do it both ways, dual stator with rotor in the middle or dual rotor with stator in the middle.

    It works, but there is no balance. That's why it works on the table as if it were an internal combustion engine.

    Me gusta que hay gente jugando con estas cosas por aqui. Magnax han hecho justo lo que estas haciendo. lo digo si te sirve de ejemplo en tema de balance y centralizacion del sistem rotatorio. Los tornillos de arriba hace desbalance grave a altas revoluciones.

    • @OverbuiltByHenry

      La parte que sobresale de arriba de los tornillos es para añadir tuercas y hacer contrapeso para equilibrar

    Stator with 6 coils evenly spaced in a circle. Rotor has 2 levels. Level 1 has 6 north facing magnets. Facing the coils. Centered on the coils. Level 2 has 6 south facing magnets. Facing the coils from the other side. When rotated to induction will become autonomous. Why. Just ask artificial intelligence
