    I just tried the non-fermented dosa, and it was very good. I’d never heard of the whole jowar - I’ve always just used the flour. Thanks for introducing me to something new.

      Yes you can. For 1 cup add 1/4 cup urad dal

    What will be the result if I increase the quantity of poha . Will the dosa become more soft or more crispy ? I plan to soak today .
