the no uterus thing is a pretty big reason. it's specifically designed as a blood and nutrient rich sac that can detach with no risk. On the rare cases a pregnancy starts somewhere other than in uterus the woman's is massively at risk of internally bleeding to death when the placenta is removed.

Even on my worst days, watching the Nostalgia Critic shrieking in abject terror at the Schwarzenegger baby never fails to make me laugh. Not small chuckles, either. I'm talking bursting out in fits of guffaws until my eyes tear up just a little bit.
