    This is a hell of a perfect morning workout right after waking up from the bed.

    Definitely appreciate modifications - it helps a ton, especially with shoulder injury issues. Also love dynamic movements vs static stretches - it’s so hard to find a decent warm up. And I love that you haven’t overcomplicated the moves - sometimes less is more and I think you’ve found the sweet spot in this.

    very new to doing mobility exercises as i put my workout routine back together after a long long break and catch my delight when i'm not only able to match julia's pace but i was able to do most level 2 moves. i love accessible fitness like this so much! it feels good and it's so motivating

    Wow Julia! Again you impress me. I love this video. It’s short and sweet but was a perfect length to squeeze in a nightly mobility. This can easily be used as a warmup. Tonight I went at a slower pace and used for a more relaxing nighttime mobility. I found it very soothing. I will be trying this with Julia’s pace in the video as a morning mobility on a rest day or pre workout.

      Hey Jess! :) Yeah sure - I'm about to film front rack mobility this week, but this will def help with overhead mobility too! (shoulder flexion, flexibility of the lats & chest etc.). However I added your suggestion for a specific overhead routine to my list ☺️🧡

    Hi, would you recommend doing the same warm up routine, regardless of the post-workout ?, cause I defenitly enjoy this routine the most ♥ thanks :)

      Since this is a full body routine, you can! 😊 I always recommend adding in some additional movement patterns depending on the workout. For example if you do deadlifts try adding in a hip hinge movement before like good mornings 😋
