The Irish have the same problem. Why is it that our islands are the only locations in the world that indigenous peoples ‘Must change,’ our cultures and identities? I think this sense of tribalism of a European or white identity is surging in all of europe. For centuries we fought over differences, which only turned out to be minute compared to the differences we have with most migrants arriving at our shores.

I find it amazing that the Irish Catholics and Protestants who have been at each other’s throats for decades now are united. The London bubble is a majority of people that aren't English, don't have an English ancestry and heritage. I'm English, I'm also a real Londoner and I miss the pie and mash shop, the Pearly Kings and Queens. London market stalls full of real Londoners. Charles Dickens house I used to visit on the way home from school. Shakespeare is English too. There is so much that is English. English people are congregating together now to defend our country, history and principles. We have Human Rights too, patriots. I was asked when I became a patriot, I replied, I was about 4 years old when my dad took me to Trafalgar Square to feed the birds.
We don't have an English Government because they wouldn't allow the imports..They British Government are literally paying them to be here and stay put. British nationality needs to be abolished and so does the Government. They would have no right to be here overnight.

I've had years of men in dresses thinking they can appropriate my sex, now we have a load of foreigners saying they are English just because they were born in England. I'm having none of it. I don't care what foreigners have to say, you can't become English on a whim, it is what you are, it is your genetics, they can live here for generations and still not be English. Just as a man, even with surgery can never become a woman.

When you walk in to someone's house, do you decide to stay, redecorate and berate their lifestyle. No.
But if they gave you the master bedroom, free food and a living stipend, then changed their habits and routines to accommodate your own… wouldn’t you stay? The “newcomers” are invited and accommodated, fairness and decency don’t figure in.
I always liken it to taking in lodgers. If you want to repaint your house, do your lodgers have a vote on what colour you should paint it? No. Immigrants often think they have the right to tell their hosts what they should do and what they shouldn't.

For me being English is the memories and knowledge imparted to me by my uncle when he showed me the places the Romans used to cross the river, or where the German bomber crashed, where the fishermen had their huts before the village existed, where factory workers walked to the factory, how they built the monstrous brick viaduct... where me and good friend traced the horse and carriage route from the nearest town stopping in at the various old inns en route, or my mother explaining to me how to treat girls with respect as they were not boys and it was wrong to punch them no matter how much we were friends, how at work and school the striving for excellence and perfection was a valid effort, and how we improved our environment and civilised where we trod. Our nation predates even the latter ones of the Normans, the Angles and the Viking. We were proud to be field workers be that as slaves, servants or employees - and to this very day I labour in a factory on those exact same fields, trying with all my will to do right by my people. Our nation has existed before most other nations. To deny the English one denies the human construct that follows from a shared sense of belonging, history, language, experience and territory that is God-given and that which imparts a spiritual connection between the past, present and the future.

Nor would I want to. Like many Britons, I am at least 25% Irish then with English, Scottish and even some Manx in there too. There is a kinship, as the recent uniting of the nationalist and unionist due to the massive illegal immigration into the whole island of Ireland
I am Dutch. Growing up, English and British were pretty much interchangeable when learning about Britain (Sorry Scots, Welsh and Irish, your history came afterwards). The English were the people who freed us amongst others from occupation from Germany. They were the people who we had wars with for hundreds of years over naval dominance of the earth's seas. The English were known for their humor, their civility, their etiquette, their tea and their deep adherence to customs. In pretty much every Dutch high school there will be a day where the students have a high tea with scones and all other things associated with that in English class. How anyone can deny the existence of an English, or even British cultural identity is insane to me. The mark of a great culture is that it is impossible to capture its essence in a few words, in my opinion. A great culture is simultaneously so vast and wide and also so deeply and succinctly defined by it's characteristics that summarizing it in a few words can not be done. That is why these gremlins in the media try to force that metric unto anyone who dares to propose there is some uniqueness to their culture that's worth fighting for. I hope English and for that matter British identity will survive until the end of days, for all the good it has brought to the world and may yet bring still.

There is a big difference between people who are British by privilege of a passport and those that are British by centuries and centuries of birth.

Even as a kid, I could see differing traits of other kids looks and behavior and pretty accurately tell where those people were from, like kids being from Polish, Swedish, Irish, German, Italian and British decent, as a child I could tell the differences and I was usually correct in guessing. It was not difficult you could literally see as much from other kids faces.
People that have differing tones of "white skin" deeming them Caucasian by ancestry, they all come from families that continued ancestral tradition, to partake in events that the family was used to growing up and continue on with their children, to continue on Caucasian culture that is often far different than other Caucasians based upon where their families originated, ergo white people have a litany of differing culture and that cannot be denied. These racist bigots in media and politics that want to imply Caucasians do not have any culture, all they are doing is just proving to the world just how malicious they are, and their overt evil directed at the people should be enough for them to cry about how nobody will pay them any attention, outside the few times where people go out of their way to remind them how bigoted they became.

To be honest English culture is ubiquitous. You can't just point to something as just English because our culture was successfully exported in a way that most cultures never were. All the worlds sports for one example. Even sports we don't play anymore, like baseball for example.

I've never been to England, but I've always been a big fan of its history in a non-academic, pop-history way. My DNA readout is a big circle around the British Isles with an arrow going to Upper Canada in the early 1800s, it comports with family legends. I've always wanted to go to England someday to actually see and learn more about the Anglo Saxon heptarchy. But it sounds like if I went to a museum in England, the curators would be ashamed of English heritage and I'd only learn about how Africans built everything, which I know is BS. Everything the UK puts out from its big media makes me never want to go there to learn its history. Shouldn't that be a selling point for the tourism industry? "Go to England See & Learn About Your Ancestors". Ireland used to have just such a tourism campaign, but I guess not anymore.
Are these signals I get from UK academic and media institutions correct? I'm sure most of the people are proud English, but I fear that if I went to any of the great museums it sounds like the institutions running these places will only give me diversity propaganda.
