I have the at3w tires on my 2010 f350 with a v10 motor, and I could not be happier with them.Fantastic traction in all four seasons of the year, great off road capabilities and the wear is phenomenal!
The AT3Ws on my Tacoma have just under 70k on them right now. The life span on these are crazy and i've got dozens of desert trips on mine and towing miles hauling our side by side. Nice to see they perform just as well on the HD trucks as ill be shopping for a 3500 soon.
Went from stock 285/60/20 to bf 295/65/20 and what a difference in performance and looks. Can’t commit to 37’s but love the look. Don’t really tow much at all but the Bridgestone Firestone tires sucked! Got rid of them at 18k because of poor winter performance in Colorado.
I run gladiator M/T’s 35x12.5r20. This is my 2nd set. They are an F rated tire and I run in the snow, rain, summer. Trips from Spokane to Seattle once a month for work. I run them on my 2013 ram 2500 4x4 6.7L Cummins, deleted and a work tune. I have a 92gallon auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of my truck that I try to keep at least 1/2 full all the time. I tow pretty frequently, usually a dump trailer with gravel, rock, dirt, load of firewood ect. I got 50k miles and 2 years out of a set of tires that cost me $1400 to buy then $250-$300 to have les Schwab mount and balance them. I can go about 10k before I rotate them and I always adjust the air pressure accordingly. Usually right around the same pressures you run! In the winter with snow and ice I’ll drop down to 25/30psi and have never had a problem with traction. If the highways are clear after I’m driving around in the winter I will air back up around 50-60 psi, all depending on conditions.
Tire companies make the tread on the side wear out faster so you think you have to buy new ones but the thickness on the side is the same as the center unless you have an alignment problem.
Falken has strong winter performance where the cooper xlt has good all around performance but not to be compared with the falkens. Falken is a premium tire. Where cooper is a strong average performer. Keep in mind I have to pay double for the Falken compared to the cooper xlt. We as a shop get wholesale price
Hey Paul, you mentioned ball joints what ones do you recommend for the Gen 4 and how many sets have you put on your OG 14'? Thanks for all the videos I'm running a 17' 3500 dually.
When you find out what's going on with that inner wear and tear on the front tires, please let us know. The tires on my Ram Dually have been doing the same thing.
Look at the sidewall. Where are your new Falkens at4w made? I just returned a set (285/65/20) cause sidewall said “MADE IN CHINA”! Went with same size Toyo at3, sidewall shows “MADE IN USA” 2023 Ram 3500 Limited

2020 aluminum fords still get death wobble. Why is that?
