Pakoras are a must on a rainy day. Good on you going for walks even with the horrible UK weather. All I would say is make sure your draining off the oil from those pakoras when taking them out 😊
I'm not unsure if I want beans on toast or fritters of some sort. Never thought to do them in the oven, thanks for sharing.
