Dhal (Lentil curry) ingredients:
- 400g Red Split Lentils (soaked in water for 4-6 hours)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Onions (diced)
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, Salt, Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Litre Water
Banana & Choc Chip Loaf Cake ingredients:
- 250g Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 100g Light Brown Soft Sugar
- 150g Caster Sugar
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 4 Bananas (sliced)
- 250g Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 100g Milk Chocolate Chips
Bake @ 180C/160C Fan assisted for 25 mins or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean
