  • Ingredients (for 3-4 servings): 2 chicken breasts (or 4 chicken thigh fillets), salt, a mixture of peppers, sweet paprika, Provencal herbs, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 100 ml of kefir, 2 small onions, 2 sweet peppers (in 1 red and 1 yellow, 2 potatoes, 4 wooden skewers, 1 red onion, 30 g of green cabbage and parsley, 2 tomatoes, 3-4 pita bread, 6-8 slices of cheese.
    Preparation: cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces. Add spices - salt, pepper, paprika and Provencal herbs. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard. Pour kefir. Mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the pepper into pieces, about the same size as the chicken. Trim the edges from the potatoes, cut them in half. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, stick them in each potato. String onions, meat, and pepper on each skewer in turn. Yes to the top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Cut the red onion into half rings. We chop the greens of parsley and boiling water. Cut the tomatoes into rings.
