Love ole buildings Ahhhh outside lantern ,stone no need for air con ,kitchen window ❤ Beautiful ceilings ,Once personal furniture out ,a great space ,i need land to grow ,but if was into a townhouse this is delightful I would enjoy putting love into them bricks ,different class of buildings from UK London
In Penne you have tons of land available just outside the town! So you could live in city center and grow crops outside :)

sorry for the earlier complaint about it being dark - I watched it on a different monitor and much better so my fault.
Not a problem, I appreciate the feedbacks either negative or positive. Also, in a couple of rooms it was indeed dark but I couldn't do anything better :)
Please carry better flashlight and show the floors and staircase. So we know where the stairs are and their condition.

Well, technically I think it's possible to turn it into two, if you are interested I think it can be discussed, of course the main selling point it's the terrace so everyone would want the upper floor :)

The house is in Italy... built by locals for locals ages ago. I doubt they were thinking about Americans at the time 😂

Yeah, apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately the house wasn't connected to the mains and we had difficulties during that day since this was an unplanned video (shot on the same day of the 130k property already on the channel always in Penne).
Your videos are lovely and properties are beautiful.. but have one question to ask .. why cant we see a single human being around ? Shops ? Markets ? I think as feedback will be nice to see people around so that we know we we are not investing in houses in empty towns 😅..
Hi! I might do a Q&A about this and other topics! Basically I work full time so often I take 1h off and combine it with lunch break. So I have roughly 2h to drive to the location, film it and drive back to work. This means that ofter when I film it's lunch time, not the best to show the towns but I'll see what I can do!
