Inside the well-preserved historic center of Collecorvino, a charming village in the province of Pescara, just 15 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast and 20 minutes from Abruzzo International Airport, stands this completely renovated townhouse.
The restoration was a complex undertaking due to the delicacy of the subject matter: a late 19th-century structure characterized by unique architectural details, juxtaposed with a distinctly modern design that stands out and yet harmoniously integrates into this historical setting, respecting and enhancing the pre-existing valuable elements.
The creativity and design sensitivity of the team behind this renovation resulted in a successful outcome, born from their passion for architecture and continuous research. This is evident in the volumes, details, materials, and finishes that come together to create something truly unique.
The building comprises two separate dwellings, all connected within a single structure, with a total area of about 300 square meters.

Guys, please remember to hit the like button, it's the only way I can grow the channel. Thank you in advance!
Wow. 3? Pretty impressive they put it all together as one
Very nice! Some of the adjacent rooms appear a bit small, so even though it's been renovated very well, I would open up one or two connecting walls so that it was less congested. Lovely township, too.
Great ideas!! Thank you for sharing.
This would be great for myself, my kids, and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all.
Indeed!! Let me know if you would like to consider it!
WOW! That home is absolutely amazing!
Glad you enjoyed it!! It has a personality!
Lovely property ...Wonderful Location.... You are brave to film in the heat! 😎
Thank you!! It was quite challenging. We had a massive long lasting heat wave that was really bad!
@@OneStopAbruzzo It's been very hot here too... It's hard to be motivated when it's so hot! 🥵
Very nice house indeed! And you are right, it’s like a maze in there. 😅
I was lost :D I'm not even sure I showed everything!
che bel villaggio. una proprietà affascinant - i love it
Grazie da Texas come sempre
Grazie infinite Rino di farci scopire questa superba casa di città. Lo stile mi fa pensare ad un palazzo rinascimentale. 😎😎👍👍
Esatto! Chissà com'era originariamente a fine 800!
Absolutely beautiful. I'd knock some walls down to open it (if possible). For instance the single room with fireplace makes little sense and I'd open it to the left side of the apartment, at the cost of losing the fireplace, to get a bigger ground floor for my parents.
Really don't know exactly what would be possible to do on this building, paperwork analysis is required for any change! Thanks for your nice inputs! Always love to read them.
Lovely villa. The layout is confusing the stairs to that basement are interesting.
Indeed, despite being confusing it has that je ne sais quoi that is captivating.
Nice property. Needs configuration but it's a big property. Thank you for sharing ♥️
Indeed, absolutely massive.
😮😮😮 great house
Great and huge!!
Hello Rino - thank you for this video. I loved the exterior of this house, especially the brickwork. But for me the interior is difficult - too many rooms, some of which are quite small. It might be difficult to get beds and other large furniture into some of these rooms.
If I was the developer I would have remodelled the interior rather than renovate the existing layout - but that would have been a bigger and more expensive project.
Thank you for showcasing what a beautiful region Abruzzo is .
Glad you enjoyed it, for me as well it was weird, but I think in the hands of the right person (some interior designer or someone with creativity) you can do something amazing! Thank you for taking the time to comment :)
Fascinating, beautiful house waiting for some creative new owners to make it a stunning home.
But I don't think turning it into a wine bar is a very good idea - everyone would be getting lost in there after a glass or two!
ahahaha, after a couple of wines it would be impossible to exit.
I got turned around looking at the floor plans! However, with some reconfiguration and relatively easy construction this building could easily become several smaller rentals. My thought was that, if we were in the market right now, the whole bottom level would work great for us as it has very few stairs, plenty of room for us plus family and friends who'd be visiting. The rest of the building could produce income.
Wow, thanks for the detailed feedback, those are some great ideas!
Any possibility to make a roof terrace, as there are no actual balconies? Also interested in the price…..
Hi! The price is 140k, I'm afraid no possibility for a roof in this case. Sorry!
I really appreciate that you show us a house in this hot weather, but I think for the sun the white T-shirt is better😅,thank you
ahahaha, exactly. I made a very dumb choice!
No problem😃
SO BIG! Maybe I should turn it into a retirement home for me and my friends.
Now, that would be an out of the box idea!
I was really interested in seeing the floor plan but the link just took me to a zip file that my ipad said was not supported.
Hi, send me an email and I will send you the pdf. Thank you!
Hi is this available and is the price negotiable?.
Can you also mention the distance to the nearest international airports? Thank you very much.
Hi, I will include it in the next videos! Normally from Abruzzo the closest one is always Rome but I will make sure to include it! Thanks for the suggestion!
This is a lot of house for the money.. You could get lost.. Great piece of property..
IF YOU COULD . TURN YOUR VOLUME UP PLEASE.
WHAT ARE THE FLOORS? NO CLOSE UP VIDEOS.
LOVE THE TOWN
I'll try to increase it in the next videos!
that sign takes away from the beauty of the property.
It is quite large :D
How much is it please?
Hi! 140 thousand euros! Thank you for commenting!
I think it is a treasure for someone. 10% Italian stamp duty plus circa 3 - 5% agency commission plus legal/notary fees. All expected of course. But a huge house for the money. How beautuful. Air B&B etc? Or just your own Palazzo. For many 'minus millionaires' in tbese days of austerity and instability, relocation costs to Italy are a serious factor as well as the lingua franca barrier. I love Italy ❤️
I'm sorry ... but you need to show the entire room. Your camera only points to the floor and only showing half the room. Interesting house but you failed to explain the connection within the house. This was a very strange tour. I feel like I didn't even see the house.
Ok sorry, will try to improve next time. I normally don't film the whole room to not extend the video too much but I will try to get better :) Thanks for the feedback!
Sorry, the front door access made me switch off.
Hi! Actually there was 3 different doors, but I'm curious, why was that bad? Thanks!
@@OneStopAbruzzo the way the steps to the first floor door meet and hinder access.
I watched it a bit more, I can now see that it access to a separate space. Still really strange that the steps interfere with the doorway.
Maybe it’s just me 🤷🏻♂️
@@tomhart-evija9201 No, it makes sense, it's not an house for everyone, the layout is very peculiar, but in those historical city centers you find everything! Thanks for watching!
if possible, add floor plans to the video - it's quite difficult to understand the property and the relation of the floor plans to each other. and WHY are the Italian floor plans so haphazard and illogical?????
Ahahah, initially I wanted to add them but in editing it turned out to be a pain so I added the to the description. Regarding the layout, mind you this house is from late 1800, now we do things better :)
@@OneStopAbruzzo it's interesting. I was in Pompeii a few months ago, and those places were built a bit longer than the 1800's, and THEIR floor plans were good!! Anyway, thanks for the reply, and thanks for the video!
@@ronen160 this house in particular is 3 houses merged so it's even stranger! Thanks to you for commenting :)
Such a strange home. Alot of stairs. Would love to see it furnished
Indeed!! The realtor said me they were 3 houses back in the days...
I am very drawn to this place. How hard is it to get citizenship from USA?
Not sure about the citizenship but you don't need it to buy it! If you have specific questions send me an email and I can investigate with my partners for the answer! Thank you!
I'm lost...
ahahah, I was too, hopefully I covered all the rooms!
@@OneStopAbruzzo I appreciate what you did and I appreciate these tours. But it might have been clearer if the electronic view was a little wider to include a better view.
But...
I appreciate your efforts so thanks.
