Enchanting. This is one I would need a floorplan, even a rough one, with the walls that could be removed. Sigh. If only!

I love a home where you can change rooms around as needed. For example...the first room could be a bedroom, and the corner room could be the living room. The room next to the kitchen could be the dining room. Then later on you could switch the rooms. You could move the dining room to the front room, And the dining room could become a bedroom. Etc.

This is fabulous! And in a dynamic city like Sulmona! Theatre, music, beauty! Great location.

Beautiful apartment my question is the way in from the steps do you have a seperate door to get to your apartment from the steps or is the whole thing open with no door, can you film it walking into the mail door from the street. I totally love the rooms

It's almost like the stairs are in a common area - which would suck if that's the case. But would explain why the video skips over entering the property.

on the third floor, where is the separate entrance to the Penthouse? Or is it something you have to build in order to separate this unit from the ones below?

    Buongiorno.
It's a nice enough place, but I'd want a lift. Three flights of stairs are a bit much.
I think I like the one across the road better. It has a big front terrace. 😮 😂😅😂😅

The way the stairs are placed and the way the doors open to that hall with the stairs it creates a lot of individual space which separates the harmony and privacy. This penthouse feels like it would make 3 nice mini hotel-like rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. I would rent the homes separately like a hotel.

Those doors look like they're made of birch. If so, they'd be worth a fortune. And that tiled floor tells me no expense was spared during initial construction. If I had the money, I'd snap this property up in a flash!

Could you please provide a direct link?

Sorry to say, but the harmony and the flow of this penthouse is not functional and I think there’s not enough windows, structurally it in good condition, and the floors are good, the bathroom is in adequate size, but you could use another one, the views are great , the kitchen is just adequate it could use updating, I always enjoy your presentation of the properties.. thanks
