zhugelianges yeah no one knows how to rebound the right way today. Everything is wide open non contested because the art of boxing out and actually practicing fundamental rebounding is no longer taught at the higher levels. I hate watching guys not box out or only boxing out to let the guards grab the boards to pad triple doubles. No one really fights for position like a rodman or Moses anymore. Drummond, Steven Adams, and Dwight Howard are dying breads. They won’t even let the true bigs do what they do best anymore. If they can’t do anything else, they could control the boards. And analytics is trying to kill that as well. Shoot when I play pick up, or I play league games,I’m out rebounding and boxing out dudes twice my size every time. They just don’t know how to box me out and keep me off the boards. And I’m 5 ft 6. Dudes just dont get taught the basics anymore. Either that or I’m just strong as hell. Lol
Special thanks to Evin Gualberto, great honor for me to be collaborating with him in that series! I would have to say, finding HD clips that shows Michael Jordan's supreme greatness is a very difficult job. Yet, Evin and I discussed and find that we should get to the chance of Michael's show and show not only how talented Michael is, but also his underrated footwork and skills. From a player mostly known as athleticism to the king of mid-range jumpers and low post master, that's not easy. So I am really thankful to cope with this challenging task, together with my respected bro, Evin!
In my opinion, TMac is not in the same tier, Kobe and Timmy are both great and could get A grade in footworks but not as great as God and The Dream (A+) Maybe McHale can be considered to be one of the best too
@@zhugelianges i can see what ur saying about tmac. But Timmy's reverse pivot work is a thing of beauty. And Kobes mid post work is ridiculous. I'd say it's just about on par with mj. His abilty to use pump fakes and ball fakes then just pivot in any direction to get difficult shots off at ackward angles is next level. His counter moves were godly. But yeah. Hakeem and Jordan reign supreme for sure.
Man was on a fast break did a post fade sheesh he’s different
I was shocked too when he did this post plays...dude I thought he would just fly by and dunk but he shows why he is the god lol
Lmaoo facts i have never seen that b4 ever! like who would ever think to do that
The moat underapriciated and underrated skill on modern basketball. The post up.
True, post up is a beauty of Basketball game
Sid say the most under appreciated skill is rebounding but guard/ wing mid and low post ups are a lost art too.
Y say rebounding is under appreciated skills? Control rebounding = Winning the game. Yet I love your wordings “lost art” bro

Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon had the best footworks
Indeed, both are G.O.A.T. In low post
Kevin mchale, Kobe, tmac, Pierce, bird, and Duncan all also had phenomenal footwork.
