This hits hard when you're someone who's stuck in one place your whole life with no job and no idea what you wanna do in life or what's your purpose. Add to that anxiety and fear of change. Yup, I feel so fucked up.
My advice is a little more practical than the video but here it is for what it's worth. Get out of your own head, especially if you're young, it's a myth that most people know what they want to do with their life, prior to 30. That's just not reality. Get a job, any job. It literally doesn't matter if it's minimum wage, it's not about proving to everyone else at first what you can do, it's about winning a small battle and proving to yourself that you can do it. Find a better more meaningful job, work the non meaningful job long enough to spring yourself into something better, you will have many more opportunities at the first job and meet many more people than you would at home. For example I worked a crappy fast food job for almost a year straight out of high school, it's only because I took that crappy job, that I met my current boss and worked in a completely different field for the last 8 years. Yes life is like that and no i don't believe in coincidence. Finally face your fears and limitations, it's much better to stand up to them and make yourself a stronger person than hide from them forever. I'm just some random person on the internet but I believe in you, most importantly you have to believe in you. Good Luck.
@@maxgilbert18 Thanks for the advice, I will definitely try it. But that's the problem I have anxiety so I can't believe in myself. Even when I am doing everything right I feel like I will mess up and because of this I get distracted and actually mess up. I am strange 😅. But thanks again.

Problem is people go in relationships to fast is because they are afraid to be left behind and i noticed when you get older its much harder to find someone.
2:48 I really needed to hear this. A person that I met some weeks ago has been talking with me and he went pretty fast on saying me "babe", "honey" and I really feel pressured to do the same since I've never had a relationship before. But I guess I'm in time to say "No". Thx!

Really like the new style and this is genuinely awesome advice. Sadly my life has pretty much turned into one giant string of regrets that will grow exponentially :/
You ever feel like "the moment" is when bad things happen and good things become impermanent? Honestly, I've felt my best in "moments", but they slip away so fast because they *are* moments. If you hold on to it too intensely, you get stuck with regrets or dissatisfaction. If you try too hard to make an upcoming moment good, you become anxious. I kinda don't like that every experience is a performance test - every moment only lasts a moment so you gotta get it right.
don't have anything particularly useful to respond with, just wanted to say this is so relatable to me. u_u just slipped from a good 'moment' and I can't believe its affected me to the point/ gotten me in the slumps for two days now. maybe its just in feeling things too intensely. but feels like a constant routine of highs and lows
Shakespeare wrote: "nothing in life is good or bad but thinking makes it so." I died and rose on the third day. It was painful, but was it good or bad, or did I get it right or wrong?
As an individual w/more than a few yrs in me rearview, I can attest to the fact there is much wisdom packed into these little 6 1/2 mins, freely shared & ready for the taking, if willing. One way or another, we shall all learn. Contrary by nature, I gathered my truths the hard way & honestly don't know whether/not I would've listened to what anyone, except my inner circle, had to say back in the day. But what a blessing it would have been to have such sound advice in one's toolbox before venturing out on one's own!
#1) I know all about this. My mom's cancer just came back after 30 years about 2 weeks ago. I'm actually writing this comment in the hospital on the couch in her room (sleeping here tonight). She's in a precarious spot right now but she's started to get better thanks to the Lord. I have a feeling tomorrow she is going to be a lot better. But seeing this has filled me with all sorts of regret. If God gives her another chance I know what I need to do to right my wrongs.
I am so excited to start being myself again. Being 14 is hard. So much drama and insecurities. but Imma think about what really matters instead of that. Thanks for reminding me
Family is definitely everything, with a strong family (which for me includes chosen family too) you can have the confidence to do anything because you'll always have positive support
I do a lot of mistakes that listed here and it's the reason why I lost my friends... including her who I didn't get to say the last good-bye. It's too late to apologize, but I'll try to change myself for everything I have done. Thank you for positing this video
In 2nd to last year of college I met a guy who was going to Japan. I worked on my grades and left too, a year later, against fears. People, don't be afraid to take risks and work on hard projects. You'll meet other great folks along the way.
Never have I felt regret. But 12 hours or so after this was posted, I felt regret instantly begin to rise in my mind after I saw the person, whom I was interested with, found an interest with someone else. Thanks for making me feel regret, thanks for increasing my reason to continue hiding my pain.
These are things that I hope everyone gets to learn pretty early in their adult lives. As a twenty seven year old, I so agree with these. Especially that you HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH!! I affects so many parts of our lives but sometimes people learn this pretty late in their lives. I learnt this only after I got diagnosed with a non life threatening disease recently. I am grateful to myself everythingthat I make time for my health everyday despite all the stress and anxiety.
6:09 so do I agree with all the things that Psych2Go has mentioned here in this video? I do really agree because it's the way to enjoy and be grateful for my life! I'm really glad that this channel exists! looking forward to another beautiful content!
Good advice. So easy to beat myself up over the past. I m am almost 60 and carried along of baggage for more than half my life. Learning to live in the moment is very liberating. Life is such a balance!

Solid gold advice. Take heed. This is the real deal! I know because I've made most of these mistakes and this advice comes 40 years late. So far so good for me (which is no bad thing, don't get me wrong) but it might have been so far so high so brilliant had I made wiser choices. It's all here! You are indeed wise if you take heed to these ten things. ❤
Not following your dreams is a good one because the worst thing you can do is not follow your dreams and then you look back on your life with a lot of regret. Also having a bad relationship with yourself. That is why I'm on this self love journey and so far it's been working out really good to the bad I don't think negative of myself anymore

When I saw the notification I hesitated clicking as I thought to myself : hum, I have probably made at least half of those mistakes I don't know yet. After watching the video, I can confirm it is 7/10 at least.
I tried to be my better self so hard that I caught myself on overthinking and I thought that I wasn't enough. I was in a horrrible mood every day, I could barely sleep. Now I decided that I don't have to be perfect, don't have to follow all the rules, I can enjoy watching anime or just doing nothing and it's okay, I can be happy doing things that I like
@@bombergame8636 Sadly, we can't change the past, and can't deleted theses bad memories. But we can focus on the present ^^ and futur. I am happy UA-cam exist to learn many things and help myself.
Always on point. I really wish I could blame myself because then the solution is easy, but some of these scenarios just don’t apply for a situation like mine. When I think about the pervasive violations that were(and still are) designed to intentionally keep me down, financially cripple, and isolate me through means that are cruel and unusual. I have played into every malicious action without hesitation all my life. It’s the overwhelming realization that I’ve been duped into my current situation. I can fix every flaw within me, but the core problems that led to those flaws are still in play. Being active. Drug free. Productive are things that can be done in an environment that fosters those things. Some of this advice is very good, and I will try to implement. But more money has been put into making me suffer than helping me prosper, this is a fact. Do we want things to be better for me or like they were before when I was too busy suffering to ask questions as to why the people who say they love me are the ones being used to make me suffer. I’m too confused to be angry. I don’t care about sounding crazy or being right or proving myself. I’m sure I get things wrong or confused, but I also get them right. Damn right. On point right. Too close for comfort right. How do we fix the genuine psychological parts but also rectify the parts out my hand. I’m open to compromise.
I agree that people should not be heavily reliant on others, but the opposite is also true. If you rely on yourself too much it can cause some problems for you down the line. What that problem manifests into can be a multitude of things.
Hey! I really like your content and I have started to binge your videos. I think it's so cool that your teaching people about these disorders/mental illnesses and more! And, If you haven't made a video about Body Dysmorpmia yet could you make one? I think it would be cool to share more about this un well known disorder. I'd also like to learn more about it since one of my friends have the disorder and I want to know how to help them! It's okay if you don't, I totally understand if you have other plans for videos, you don't want to do it, or if Body Dysmorpmia is already on your list to make, I won't be a Karen about it because I do understand it's your channel. If this didn't make any sense, I'm so sorry, haha. Thanks for reading!
I’m still struggling to put myself out there due to my anxiety, but earlier today I noticed myself trying to avoid a certain interaction, although I wasn’t satisfied on how I handled it, I’m going to aknowledge that I notcied my mistake and put in an effort into pushing myself. ;:”)
I'm a happy person; and when people ask why, these are some of the things I tell them. Usually they have a hard time understanding, now I have this video to share with them since its easier whenever there's visuals. Thank you Psych2Go!!!!!

Conclusions: 1. Cherish the ones around you who are giving you support 2. Do what you enjoy and enjoy what you do. The future you crave for is not too far 3. Don't be afraid of failure. If you like the idea, give it a chance. 4 and 5. Be yourself and don't worry about people who don't accept who you are. 6. Taking care of yourself is good for both present and future situations. 7. Be careful with the resources you have. You will need them 8. You are the most important one in your life. You shouldn't depent on someone too much. 9. There are so many positive things about you that you haven't considered. 10. "A painting burns. A sculpture shatters. don't have anything particularly useful to respond with, just wanted to say this is so relatable to me. u_u just slipped from a good 'moment' and I can't believe its affected me to the point/ gotten me in the slumps for two days now. maybe its just in feeling things too intensely. but feels like a constant routine of highs and lows
Those fantasy characters make it so good. And the effects like dizzied
Absolutely love your videos and channel.
Your videos are so truthful, awesomely animated, cute and so much relaxing .
❤❤
Keep doing what you're doing
I am so excited to start being myself again. Being 14 is hard. So much drama and insecurities. but Imma think about what really matters instead of that. Thanks for reminding me
This animation just makes me smile! 😋
Family is definitely everything, with a strong family (which for me includes chosen family too) you can have the confidence to do anything because you'll always have positive support
The art never fails to amazed me 😊 i dont regret subscribing. your voices calms me thanks as always ☺
I do a lot of mistakes that listed here and it's the reason why I lost my friends... including her who I didn't get to say the last good-bye. It's too late to apologize, but I'll try to change myself for everything I have done. Thank you for positing this video
I forgive you. You should talk to her W. I also learn from my mistakes. Save trip home.
@@lingpeiguo864 It's too late, she is no longer in this world. But thank you for your kindness
PLEASE CONSIDER USING THE RPG THEME, I literally used that to calm myself down everyday
🙏🏻😭😭🙏🏻❤️
In 2nd to last year of college I met a guy who was going to Japan. I worked on my grades and left too, a year later, against fears. People, don't be afraid to take risks and work on hard projects. You'll meet other great folks along the way.
Love the animation in this! So fun!!!
I totally agree ☺️
I did alot of mistakes when I say alot means alot .. but I learned from each one .. some were hard lessons but I Learned
Frustrating to know that I'm doing exactly everything listed..
Never have I felt regret. But 12 hours or so after this was posted, I felt regret instantly begin to rise in my mind after I saw the person, whom I was interested with, found an interest with someone else. Thanks for making me feel regret, thanks for increasing my reason to continue hiding my pain.
I really needed this right now, thank you Psych2Go!
My regret is a blanket that keeps me warm. People are gone, dreams over, pretty much too late for me. 😌
This voice is a lullaby to me 💗
Good advice. So easy to beat myself up over the past. I m am almost 60 and carried along of baggage for more than half my life. Learning to live in the moment is very liberating. Life is such a balance!
Ok, I'm loving this art style more and more

"Avoid not following your dream"
Me: Definitel- WAIT what is my dream?
Solid gold advice. Take heed. This is the real deal! I know because I've made most of these mistakes and this advice comes 40 years late. So far so good for me (which is no bad thing, don't get me wrong) but it might have been so far so high so brilliant had I made wiser choices. It's all here! You are indeed wise if you take heed to these ten things. ❤
Hopefully, we learn from our mistakes which is a good thing.
These animations are sooo good!
Thank you Bry, whoever you are!
These videos help me Express my mental health to people I know and I have to say is thank you for this beautiful channel
i really love this channel. every video is very helpful. this channel is my top favorite for 2 years straight.
Ok. The advice is absolutely perfect and totally accurate, BUT THE ANIMATIONS AND DRAWINGS ARE SO CUTE AND WONDERFUL aaaaaaaaaaaa
Not following your dreams is a good one because the worst thing you can do is not follow your dreams and then you look back on your life with a lot of regret. Also having a bad relationship with yourself. That is why I'm on this self love journey and so far it's been working out really good to the bad I don't think negative of myself anymore
There is nothing in my life to appreciate.
there are you just dont see them cuz you're so used to them.
Maybe you are one on the missunderstood personality type ?
Evolution is suicide because eventually you realize that life is stupid and pointless.

I love my best friend - Me! ❤️ My best friend’s available to listen & talk 24/7. My best friend never complaints. My best friend is always kind, honest, and fun to be with. 😄
I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love.

I love your videos Psych2Go, Every since my dad passed away I became very depressed. Your videos really helped me get through my depression, Although it is still very hard without my dad, I have to keep my head high and follow my dreams. You helped me understand that and I love you for that.❤️🥰
Congrats on whoever liked and commented early

I was expecting this video to be basically a description of my life. And that's exactly what it was.
Am I seriously crying over spilled Thai tea? I’m such a puss.
Excuse me but what does this have to do with the video?
When I saw the notification I hesitated clicking as I thought to myself : hum, I have probably made at least half of those mistakes I don't know yet.
After watching the video, I can confirm it is 7/10 at least.
10 mistakes you wanna avoid , psych I am a mistake
The animation is getting better and better! Good job! :D
Honestly, point 7 is why I'm glad af to be born in Germany
I have to ask, how do you correlate Germany and the not getting into debt goal?
Same to us Villagers people in Indonesian, at least we have no need to pay debt on house cause it's our own house, not the government that owns it...
I tried to be my better self so hard that I caught myself on overthinking and I thought that I wasn't enough. I was in a horrrible mood every day, I could barely sleep. Now I decided that I don't have to be perfect, don't have to follow all the rules, I can enjoy watching anime or just doing nothing and it's okay, I can be happy doing things that I like
Yeah, regrets, i still have one after more than 7.5 years
We all have and many.

@@bombergame8636 Sadly, we can't change the past, and can't deleted theses bad memories. But we can focus on the present ^^ and futur.
I am happy UA-cam exist to learn many things and help myself.
@@Elodie_N_INTJ_Analyzes i guess, but i'll live with the pain of having made the wrong choice, one thing i can do is living with it
Always on point.
Being born was my biggest mistake😀

Thanks for reading!
second (except from psych2go lol) 💖💖
I’m still struggling to put myself out there due to my anxiety, but earlier today I noticed myself trying to avoid a certain interaction, although I wasn’t satisfied on how I handled it, I’m going to aknowledge that I notcied my mistake and put in an effort into pushing myself. ;:”)
thank you so much for posting this on my birthday! i love your videos and it really helps with mental problems, ty!
I'm a happy person; and when people ask why, these are some of the things I tell them. Usually they have a hard time understanding, now I have this video to share with them since its easier whenever there's visuals. Thank you Psych2Go!!!!!
tbh just know that everything that already happened gave u some value for your present. But try to follow the right path while studying it, it's important to stay on the right path
Conclusions:
1. Cherish the ones around you who are giving you support
2. Do what you enjoy and enjoy what you do. The future you crave for is not too far
3. Don't be afraid of failure. If you like the idea, give it a chance.
4 and 5. Be yourself and don't worry about people who don't accept who you are.
6. Taking care of yourself is good for both present and future situations.
7. Be careful with the resources you have. You will need them
8. You are the most important one in your life. You shouldn't depent on someone too much.
9. There are so many positive things about you that you haven't considered.
10. "A painting burns. A sculpture shatters. It is not beautiful if it lasts forever, my friend"
I love the animation style here. It is so lively!
