  • In today’s world, it seems everyone is tense. Chronic tension in the body can lead to a myriad of injuries and pain conditions. Physical tension can also increase anxiety and exhaustion. Pain and anxiety lead to more tension, and our health goes in a downward spiral.
    Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating 30-minute self-massage to alleviate tension, and get us back on track to better health. We’ll release our muscles from head to toe, focusing on all the areas that tend to store the most tension.

    Beautiful! I've been yawning a lot! I guess that's vagal activation. I'm trying to be easier on myself without becoming sluggish or drowsy. Your light-hearted practices make me see the fun again and take myself less seriously. Cause we never had to achieve anything beyond ourselves; like nature intended.

    Love your great and precise instructions. New to your videos. I do see a massage therapist on a fairly regular schedule for 90 min. Your techniques will definitely help me until my next appointment.

    Hi Rachel can you do a video to help with post vaccine arm pain maybe a way to care for it or massage?

      Excellent question. I would actually avoid massage on the injection site because there is often inflammation. You never want to massage over an area that's red, hot, or swelling. You can try moving your arm around to decrease soreness.
