Hi, I’m Brittany Bryden! I grew up as a competitive soccer player and dancer, and I even danced professionally in my early 20s. After an injury, I found yoga and it changed my life. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Downward Dog Yoga Center in Toronto and have been teaching for over a decade.
I love creating fun and accessible classes for everyone. Over the years, I've earned certifications in Pilates, pre and postnatal fitness, Lagree, and more. I believe in being a student first, constantly exploring new ideas to deepen my understanding of the body.
My goal is to help you feel better in your body, get stronger, and age well. I hope my love for teaching shines through in every class and that my classes become a place you return to often.

I don't comment much on videos but I really needed this today. I'm 7 weeks and dealing with a lot of intense nausea, and finally had some time today where I felt able to do some yoga and I'm so thankful I did. This is exactly what I needed and I have a feeling I'll be revisiting this video for the next few weeks!

Hi Coach Brittany ma'am! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 6 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated. 😢
It’s hard class so try doing it in little chunks and then slowly build up.
