The Avengers can work effectively together as a team, especially under Captain America’s leadership. On the other hand, the Seven are a very dysfunctional team, and even have a tendency to fight amongst themselves.
I agree, even in the few scenes that the seven do work together it's mostly just for show.
I think they can all survive if cap separates them to fight each of the 7.

The Avengers, even in their first battle together, fought as a TEAM; the Seven? Well, Maeve and Starlight loathe Homelander, A-Train is an egomaniacal steroid freak, the Deep has no combat experience, Translucent really doesn't have any particular offensive abilities, and Homelander himself doesn't care at all about his teammates-AND the moment Hulk, IM, Thor, or even Cap hurt him (I'm thinking Steve's vibranium shield could, if it struck Homelander in the eyes/ears/neck), Homelander would first get enraged and reckless, then go coward and try to fly away once any of the Avengers' big guns smacked him down. And if Hulk or Thor ragdolled Homelander, Maeve, Starlight, and even A-Train would also dogpile on their hated "leader", with only Noir trying to defend him-and Cap can take Noir down himself (after a tough fight) or Cap, Black Widow, and Hawkeye together can take him down easily.
Homelander appears to enjoy talking smack so that's a good opportunity for Cap's silver tongue to work it's magic on Marvel and Starlight.

Not long. Once Hulk gets his hands on anyone, or Thor uses his lightning, they're all done for.
This is an obvious win for the Avengers. Maeve bloodied Homelander in the last episode, what would hulk or Thor do to him? And Homelander is screwed against Mjolnir. It's not of this world and would smash his head in. Thor and Hulk destroy the Seven in about five minutes, and that's after four minutes and thirty seconds of dialogue.

Really it would take 10 seconds to take out all of the boy's heavy weights there including Homelander ,noir,Maeve starlight,deep would just be ignored every named character in Marvel could take him out even color man or ice cream(marvel superhero he can transform into any ice cream and it's old af but still )15 secs of finding translucent who would get bodied by everyone including bucky Falcon cap, or black widow(can take him down or pin him any human level individual couldn't kill him)
but A train they would struggle with he is a slippery one sense they did all struggle with silver who is much faster than a train but still catching speedsters is a thing they struggle with constantly.so maybe at most 20 or high 38?

In fact, the single most powerful character in all of The Boys who perhaps had the best chance against any of the Avengers' strongholds at that time would be Soldier Boy. At the end of the series it showed, that he fully recovered could finish Captain Fatherland with brute force. This I'm using as an example only up to avengers 1.
Exactly, plus Iron man also has Jarvis so Jarvis would help the team combat them better too. He’d tell who and what people the team should face, so the Avengers here wins very easily maybe 1 human member on the team could die.
But the thing is they have a bond and care for each other unlike The Seven where they aren’t even a team nor have done any real teamwork unlike the Avengers, so they’d protect their human level teammates. Because I mean Hulk, Thor, and Iron man would be enough to protect them. Even Cap’s shield would be enough. So yeah Avengers win low dif.
Cap was always worthy. Tje Directors has confirmed it. Cap could lift mjolnir back in Age of Ultron but he just didn't want to hurt thor's feelings.

Bear in mind that "the Avengers vs the Seven" will rapidly become "The Avengers Maeve and Starlight vs 5 of the Seven" the instant those two thinks the Avengers *might* have a chance at ending HL. Leaves them with Homelander, Noir, Deep, A-train, and...know what let's give them Stormfront too because why not.
Stormfront is getting bodied like instantly by Thor when she tries to use her lightning.
You can have Noir 2v1 Widow and Hawkeye if you want, and...it would be interesting. I do think they'd win but *only* because of their teamwork and ruthlessness. You'd basically be having 3 special ops folks against each other.
Homelander will try for Cap, seeing him as the Avengers leader and probably thus the most powerful...but then Maeve and Starlight double-teaming him, it is very possible those two and Cap could end HL before he can kill any of them.
The Deep...well, unless they're near the sea, he's not...a factor here. Sure he has enhanced stats but at best Cap's level.
A-Train might be the biggest wild card here...but notice we still have Hulk and Iron Man unaccounted for. If A-Train tries to go take out Widow or Hawkeye which is what he'll do if he's smart, so he can free up BN to help with the rest...well, IIRC Iron Man can react to freaking lightning, and A-Train I think clocks in at Mach 2. Tony can react fast enough to casually blast A-train. Or just to land in front of him and let A-train turn himself into a red stain.
Now A-train MIGHT instead go after Starlight out of a desire for revenge...buuuuut then we have Hulk who can interfere there, or he can just walk over and show Homelander what he does to puny gods.
Yeah, given the fact that nearly a third of the Seven are *itching* for the chance to put HL in the ground, and none of them are team-oriented (excepting perhaps BN), it's very feasible for the Avengers to get out of this not only with zero losses, but two new members in the form of Maeve and Starlight.
(This was meant to just be a short comment but then it turned into me imagining a scenario and I apologize for that)

Even without taking into powerscaling and abilities. The Avengers just fight better as a team. These Avengers know how to use each others strengths and cover for each other's weaknesses. The Seven are a bunch of solo acts that never fight together and more likely will fight each other as much as the Avengers. Teamwork alone even someone like Black Widow and Hawkeye could take out some of the lower tier Seven members.

I think a lot of that is down to the shows budget though. If it had the budget of the MCU then that would have probably happened. I’m not saying he’s stronger than Thor or hulk. But he can definitely kick soldier boy through a wall

Mike Rows Agreed. Not just the budget though, some movie makers are fine with the super intense, super destructive fight scenes and some prefer it to look a little more believable . Dc for example go all out. Supermans punches always release shockwaves and his fights are always over the top. And although we do get destruction in marvel, it’s not nearly as much and I don’t think it’s because marvel doesn’t have characters strong enough to throw those kind of punches. I think they just prefer to have it dialed down a little. But when comparing characters based off on-screen appearances, we can’t really give these excuses because the entire argument is based on what we see on the screen. We can agree that the fight would play out differently if it were the version of the characters from the source material but we have to accept that, for whatever reason one dceu character’s have greater feats than mcu. Or mcu characters have greater feats than the boys on Amazon. Otherwise the debate is null.

1) While I don't think this will turn the tide for the Seven, Maeve is more durable than people give credit for. She took a nuclear SB out Vought Tower, survived the 100ft+ fall while becoming human, and still walked away (albeit with bruises and a broken arm). She's not going down easy. 2) No need to fight Starlight- she would probably admire the Avengers for being a true team and defect to them lol

Iron Man, a normal human in a metal suit, can plow through a leviathan multiple times bigger than our largest planes while also not being hollow, without flinching. Also dropped from earth's upper atmosphere and survived without so much as a broken bone.
Cap, Black Widow and Hawkeye stomp Translucent, Starlight, A Train, and Black Noir without too much difficulty. Thor, Iron Man and Hulk absolutely kill Homelander and Queen Maeve without breaking a sweat before spectating the B-level Avengers beating down the B-level 7
Well done DanCo…you have redeemed yourself 👍 One thing I think you do underestimate Black Widow and Hawkeye on is their strategic ability to attack from the most advantageous manner, they are assassins after all.
The main difference is that the Avengers are an actual superhero team while The Seven are just a marketing program. Homelander never faced anyone near his level until Soldier Boy so the odds that the earth has ever faced a threat that required all 7 is incredibly unlikely. The Avengers have fought together to save earth and have optimized team work. Meanwhile the 7 mostly hate each other. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say the Avengers come in, quickly come up with a strategy, and take out the 7 without any casualties.

@Victor Nieves Well, before he was Iron Man, he sold weapons indiscriminately, and just lived at parties and fun, without consulting anyone, created an artificial intelligence to try to supply his own ego to be in control of everything, and almost caused the extinction of humanity. It wasn't so understandable during the civil war, where he literally wanted to force Captain America and the others to follow his choice, just as he was willing to kill the Winter Soldier, for something he had no control over.

I think even if homelander is technically capable of killing cap, widow, hawkeye and iron man, I dont think he will get the chance, he is gonna have his hands full with thor or hulk or both. Unless he for some reason decides the guy with the bow and the tiny woman are the biggest threats he wont get the chance to kill them. He will be trying his hardest to not die. I think it is likely he will target cap first, as he is the leader and homelander may assume he is the most powerful as cap is kind of a combo of homelander and soldier boy, visually anyway. And he isn't getting past the shield before thor or hulk or even iron man launch him into the stratosphere.

They are skilled fighters for sure; they are no Batman or Taskmaster but they are formidable. They do struggle against speedsters though, and MCU Quicksilver handed them their asses in the Hydra base, just losing to them barely in Africa in a second fight. Unless they use his fame against him (which they may or may not know this if this is a multiverses spur of the moment fight), what’s stopping A-Train from just running through those two water balloons of blood, guts, and meat? Nothing. A-Train solos Black Widow, Hawkeye, and maybe Cap. Homelander will kill the rest. The Avengers should win ethically, but unless they have some good prep and the right circumstances, the Seven bodies them. The Seven win

They have more battle exp. than the entire seven team. Nat and cap easily handled corvus and proxima. Clint can kill four member of seven with an ease. So don't underestimate them. @@saraswatirana2299 Hawkeye is my favorite member of the original Avengers team, and with prep he is formidable, but he has no response against A-Train just running right through him (unless A-Train plays it stupid and just let's Clint beat feet, in which case I could split this a 50-50 fight. Also Cap isn't bulletproof, and isn't durable enough to applicably take on Reggie. Reg might not take him out as easy as the other two, but the A-Train does kill Steve.

The pairing that seems, at least on the surface, most comparable is Cap and Black Noir. Their strength levels look like they might be similar, and they're both known for their fighting skill. But Cap still stomps

What could Cap even do to Noir? Maybe if he traps him in an enclosed environment that somehow made him less durable than sure, Cap might win (sort of like his fight with Iron Man, and even then he had help and Stark was weakened). Noir might be just as good as Steve in a fight, but he is WAAYYY More stronger And durable. Most of the fights these two might have, Noir is coming out on top, and the Star Spangled Man with a Plan will be left dead on the floor with his mouth ripped open. Black Noir wins

Natasha and Hawkeye are dead instantly by Homelander. The Deep is crushed by the Hulk. Noir gives Cap a good fight but loses in the end. Maeve and Stark get a drink and bang. Starlight abandons the rest because they are dick's. A-Train tries to run through Hulk and it's like running into a brick wall and dying. Homelander's tries to lazer Thor but it doesn't do much. Then Homelander gets messed up by Thor
Let's try to make the fight a little more fair, although the victory is clear anyway, but let's do it. This time Seven's team will be made up of Stormfront, Homelander, Bullet Train, Black Noir, Profound, Starlight, Queen Maeve, Translucent, Lamplighter. The Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man, War Machine, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye.

Although I like Captain America a lot more, the only thing he has at his disposal is being more skilled and experienced in fighting, and his shield that would save him for a while. However, Soldier Boy is much stronger and more resistant, not to mention his lightning, which literally can destroy everything. In the best case that Steve Rogers survives this, he would be without his powers.

I can get behind this outcome. It would definitely be the hardest fight of the avengers lives literally lol bc most of them would die and that would actually be very demoralizing. We see how losing coulson and widow effected them, watching their teammates be killed right in front of them would be even worse.

Cap can't beat Meave or Homelander. If he got A-Train's timing down he could maybe get a good hit, knock him off his feet but that seems unlikely. This is Avengers one Cap with no experience against speedsters. A-Train will be more ruthless than MCU Quicksilver. Cap could maybe beat Noir or Starlight but not both at the same time. Cap Def can't solo the seven.

You forgot one factor, if they even manage to by some miracle defeat Thor, Odin will get involved (like in Thor 1; About one day later the rainbow bridge was used to transport Thor away so that was fixed and Thor Dark World happens immediately afterwards so he's not in Odinsleep), good luck against him.

Once again the key here for me is the villainy of the seven vs the heroism of the Avengers. Cap would turn Maeve and Starlight pretty quickly and Thor could probably waste the entire team by himself anyway. I love the satirical nature of the Boys but put marvel heroes in their world or vise versa and I don’t like the seven’s chances

*Super speed is the MOST debuffed OP skill.* Im assuming EVERYONE is at their top condition(not form, because TinMan always has new forms, more bs than the last one):
1- ATrain runs through the archer guy and the hot chick.
2- He won't be able to do that to the rest that easily, so he should keep running and distracting them and hit and run.
3- He can grab Cap Yanki by the shield and drag him around until he loses his shield, then grab the shield and use it at full speed to go through Cap USA.
4- He cant do much about TinMan(Avengers 1) because he cant fly, but 3rd class SuperMan can fly, AND FAST while shooting lasers. They would have an aerial supersonic fight. Thor is not that fast flying. 2nd Class Superman can rip off TinMan armor. Grab a part and shake it off, limb broken.
5- Deep died and nobody cared nor realized how or by who. Maybe it was DarkPurple Arrow.
6- The fight would then more on ground(since Nordic Zeus cant follow the super sonic air fight): Nordic Zeus and Buffed Pepe against Queen Maeve, Starlight, Translucent and Black Noir. Queen Maeve and Black Noir would have to fight very carefuly, even with Translucent(Invisible Diamond) and Starlight distracting. Buffed Pepe would kill take anyone careless since he's faster than Thor, he kills Queen Maeve because she trusts her brute force. And Thor easily kills Translucent. Black Noir would be much more careful, and Starlight was not even that important.
7- BUT OH MY GOD! Out of nowhere ATrain comes back running with the Vibranium shield and smashing it(the edge side) full speed and force against Thor's throat! Then against his neck then go to head multiple times until killing him.
8- So now we got Hulk, ATrain, Black Noir, Starlight... and Super Trump is coming back from the super sonic air fight with TinMan. Lets kill Starlight out of mercy. Super MAGA is gonna fight Buffed Pepe directly, while Black Noir is tickling and distracting him, BUT ATrain is running with the Vibranium shield hitting Steroid Pepe everywhere, back, head, back knees, ankles, throat, BALLS; while Super MAGA is doing the direct hits.
9- After a hard, long and exhausting fight, with Homelander directly attacking and ATrain doing hit and run with vibranium shield, they manage to kill Steroid Pepe.
10- Then Black Noir kills ATrain and reveals hes a Trump clone! And kills a wounded exhausted SuperMAGA :(
11- Then his chest is punched through by Jonah Jameson with an OnmiMan suit.

I feel like Starlight would defect to the Avengers as soon as she realizes that they're not only real, *true* heroes but that they are also very capable of just putting Homelander in the ground here and now. Maeve might too, since she's not evil like the rest of the Seven, just exhausted from all the pretending that she has to do and put up with. I also feel like Black Widow and Hawkeye would have a chance against some of the lower powered Seven, like the Deep or possibly Black Noir, given that they could both take on and best Chitauri soldiers, who are all above human level, given that every one of them has cybernetic enhancments and is physically strong enough to effortlessly drive their talons into concrete walls.

More likely, it comes down to Team work vs No Team work. The seven is not so much into team work. Homelander is more of a solo act. So i think if it came down to their team work and morals, Queen Maeve and Starlight will just join up with the Avengers and beat the other 5 up. And if widow and Hawkeye justbplay a support role, they could survive as the avengers are not just a team, they are a family.
Hulk and thor would be the sevens problem, but the moment homelander kills widow or the others I think by then we would see another version of hulk, keep in mind all the things we seen from him are only base form hulk lol
