This is a good one for me to hear today. It's interesting since 2019 we've had several major stress event's but he's been the catalyst in most of it. He's not stopped. It's just one big event after another. He's become more cross with me and seems to be angry when I ask him logical questions and throw in "what if's" his direction. He yelled at me the other day and said why can't we just talk about the weather??? Not really sure what to do about it, I'm not even sure he's aware of how he comes across.
Sounds like, even with him being the catalyst for these events, they're causing him lots of stress and he doesn't quite know how to handle it. They often rely on us to smooth things over and make things less stressful for them, while we're trying to navigate our own feelings and emotions. Quite often they're unaware of how they're even feeling let alone any effect their mood has on others.
