- Today I am sharing 5 days in a row of tracking with WW (WeightWatchers) and calories/macros using MyFitnessPal! I currently get 31 dailies on WW maintenance!
It’s important to find what works best for you but I hope these videos help to give you inspiration especially when it comes to making filling meals & taking advantage of zero point foods!

I follow a few people for WW and I love their info and all that, but when it come to the food they share... I would never eat it... Yours!!! I had to stop Weight Watchers for the second or third time because I just end up feeling really hungry and unwell on it. I don’t eat enough of all of the zero point foods. It’s just not how I eat. Calorie counting and eating. Intuitively has worked much better for me.
Just know that you have to stick to it otherwise you’ll put back the weight you lose during ww without knowing but if you continue to eat normal you’ll start loosing it back again a month or so. I used to be on slimming world but would eat normally in between and found out that I had to continue slimming world to lose weight but I stopped and now I’m loosing weight eating normally

I have been doing ww now for over a month and absolutely love it. It is the first diet I've ever been on where I am not hungry or dizzy. I think it is bc I incorporate the zero foods. Maybe you can find some that you like. Ww is so much easier for me than calorie tracking. I am so pleased, and I am losing weight. I wish it worked for you. I wish you well in your journey. @CybithiaAva, WW is not for everyone. It does work but you have to stick at it forever or like what others have said all of the weight and more returns. Try Noom if this diet isn't for you. Something will work for you. If it is impacing on your health change over to something that works.
@@happydays9613I agree that it isn’t for everyone, but I think it’s important to clarify, that ANY diet needs to be “stuck to” long term to keep the weight off. It’s a lifestyle change, you can’t go back to eating poorly and expect the weight to stay off no matter which diet you are doing (even calorie counting).
A good weight loss program will give you the tools and building blocks to make the healthy choices second nature. Like WW, the zero point foods are to steer you toward lean protein, veggies and fruit. If you make those the bulk of your diet in daily life, and keep sweets, high fat, fried, fast food/restaurant meals to occasional treats, it’s absolutely sustainable. And you shouldn’t have to diligently track points or calories forever to maintain.
That said, there is nothing wrong if someone does need that extra accountability to keep making the better choices. Some struggle more with food choice than others (I definitely do). But I feel like, through WW, I know what I need to do and eat to lose weight.

Niki, have you guys shopped the online discount store Martie before? I thought of you when I saw Mighty Spark on there. Each item lists the expiration date so you can see if it fits with the speed in which you’d consume it.

FYI Nikki, Subway now sells Auntie Anne's footlong pretzels for $2, footlong Churro's for $3 and footlong Chocolate Chip Cookie for $5. The pretzel was really good.
My son works at subway. He said the pretzel is good but they don’t have any cheese dip to sell with them (that’s what he likes with his), the churro is super dry and not very good, and the cookie is ok but it’s not their normal subway cookie. I haven’t had any of them (can’t eat gluten 😞) but that’s his 2 cents. Lol
Footlong cookie just sounds weird. I love subway cookies. They're the best! But dont think a footlong cookie is a good idea LOL

I used to love ddr and everyone made fun of me. 😒🤣 It was a lot of fun and great exercise. I don’t think I have my mats at this point. I’d have no clue where they are if I do still have them.

Newbie to WW. Question about the 31 daily points on Maintenance you mention. I thought the points went down as you lost weight?
She is 6’ tall so her points are a ittle higher.
when you are set to weight loss mode you get less points and as you lose weight the points do go down but once you hit maintenance it is your last points you had plus about 6 points just to maintain if that makes sense! So if I was set to weight loss I would get 25 dailies!
