- After removing the OE exhaust system and installing our all-new prototype 27WON exhaust, we rolled it up on the Dyno for testing, and of course, to step on the gas and hear how awesome it sounds.

I love the sound on this exhaust system! If I do get this for my 2018 Civic Sport MT, I'm just wondering whether it would still pass smog test and all other requirements here in california.
This question goes with all of your products as well (i.e. turbo, intake, downpipe). I really love the parts you guys are selling but at the same time, I still want my car to be street legal.
Redge Tolentino technically no due to how hard CARB standards are.
If you mess with emission controlling units you’ll fail (cats, intake, headers, o2 sensors) if it’s from after the cats and back it’ll pass.. unless your products have a CARB sticker on it then it’s considered “illegal” and will fail your smog.... but this thing is in CA for new vehicles you don’t have to get the car smogged until after 5 years of the cars release, so until then it’s fair game. Just watch out for CA new loud exhaust $1,000 fine.. it’s no longer a fix-it ticket

Will this fit on a regular 2016 civic touring? Not the Si or hatch, just the original one.

What did you do to get the turbo to be noisy like that they’re usually more muffled
All the noise is just from the exhaust.
Will the catless throw CEL'S? Planning on this and ktuner in the near future but just wonder if the catless downpipe throws codes like others and want to be sure it supports stock o2 sensor locations.
The catless will throw CEL, you can disable the light with the KTuner.
27WON thanks for the reply. I though it probaly would. I was reading up yesterday on disabling the codes. Definitely going with the catless turbo back from you guys reguarldless.
And will this void the warranty of the cvt transmission bc of the extra power?
It will not.
This has to be with the downpipe switched out? Dam way better than the Greddy supreme sp exhaust 😟. Might have to switch mine out for this one.

How much of a difference in sound would there be on a CVT sport instead of a manual transmission? I love this exhaust system, but I worry it's going to end up sounding completely different and being very disappointing.
Since you aren't shifting and going through the gears with the CVT, you just might not get the same intensity. Otherwise, the sound won't change with the CVT 🙂

One more suggestion, when you rev it, the audio blows out so I was hoping if you guys could make maybe re-do this or possible even have other sounds clips (cold starts, launches, etc)
Just buy one yourself and save the trouble

What would be the difference on a cvt transmission? Difference in sound? Lesser sound probably? Have you guys installed it on a cvt one? If you did may I see a video. Sorry but im just really curious cause I have a cvt.

@@15demonzter yes it does but not tons on a stock turbo. The OEM turbo is so tiny its the main choke point. On a big turbo you see bigger gains.
