@@atg1338 football is a TEAM sport, correct? Let me answer that for you... YES. So... You can't put the TEAM's overall record on him unless he literally lost the game for his team. I wouldn't consider Mario Manningham's catch "lucky" when you look at his position and the VERY small window he had. That's a SKILL that only a person that makes a living doing it. You did say something that I will agree with tho... However, I'm gonna put a twist on it. I am ignorant in the fact that I'm trying to explain football to someone that is ALL AROUND ignorant. No matter what I do, how I explain it or how dumb I dumb it down, you won't get it. Football = TEAM sport. Team = 53 men. Offense = 11 men. Defense = men. QB = 1 man on offense. While the QB is always the first person to get blamed for a TEAM losing their game, even before the coach, the QB isn't the one that's at fault. Bad play calls by coaches, dropped passes, fumbles, penalties and the zebras are ALL contributing factors to a TEAM's loss. My advice to you is STOP blaming the QB for the loss and look at the ENTIRE game. Most of the time... It's a bad penalty call that costs a team if/when the game is close. If it's a blow out, there's usually several reasons for it. But it's NOT ALWAYS THE QB. If you believe that, pull your head out 💩
Besides his playoff/SB success, eli was incredibly mid. Whether he is HOF worthy is something idk if I'd be able to answer. And I'll still argue that tj watt should have won DPOY in 2023. He was statistically better in almost every way than Garrett.
Playoff and Super Bowl success is much more important than regular season success. If that was the case Tony romo would be a first ballot hall of famer.

Where you get drafted matters, when a franchise gets the #1 pick MULTIPLE times in a 10-15 yr span should tell you something. Eli is gonna end up in the hall of fame and literally is a .500 QB and all his playoff wins came from those two Superbowl runs. Carson Palmer could of been a great if not getting drafted to Bengals and you kinda glossed over he had to retire for a year before Bengals would trade him, should tell you how bad Bengals were back then, literally the only NFL team that didn't have an indoor practice facility.
Alex Smith was a much better QB than his early stats showed... He was held back by different Offensive Coordinators every season for the 1st 7 seasons, 3 different Defensive Minded Head Coaches who were horrible, & 17 different receivers... Alex Smith did enough to win many of the games... Way too many games were lost due to coaching decisions... the 49ers would be up by less than 7 with 2 minutes or less to go & just need a 1st down to close out the games & the Coaches got conservative & would expect the Defense to hold the opponent & then the 49ers would lose on the final play...
Eli really doesn’t deserve to be in the HOF he had two magical playoff runs and that’s kinda it. 4 pro bowls isn’t the greatest and he wasn’t a top 10 qb during his era

@@Chilly_Dawg44 so what you're saying is that it doesn't matter what else he has done, as long as in 2 games in his long career he beat Brady then that makes him hall worthy?
@archmage7813 it's not just 2 games. You have to get there somehow. And we are talking about he beat the greatest qb in nfl history. Not just some qb who showed up in a superbowl like burrow or Jimmy G or Purdy or hurts
Andrew Luck... Managed to do the right thing when his body began giving out on him. As Patriots fan I saw a lot of him and enjoyed watching him play. If you believe that, pull your head out 💩
Eli in the HOF? No. Not even close.
Idc what anyone says. Eli Manning deserves HOF for beating Brady in the SB, twice. Brady would have 9 rings if Eli failed. That deserves a spot 💯
I think the reason nba players have to be high picks is cause single players can make an nba team
Hey, I'm late to the party. Keep up the good work. You have a great voice and cadence for your videos.
You cant tell the story of tom brady without eli manning. Hall of fame for suee
@@atg1338definitely can't seeing as he choked 2 super bowls to him😂
@@atg1338I thought the patriot psychos died when Brady left the pats but wow guess not.
@@atg1338the defense didn’t choke the 2007 Super Bowl was a defensive battle the whole game 😂
@@atg1338 no it was patriots giants the year the 2007 patriots went 19-0 then lost the Super Bowl to Eli
@@atg1338 2007 season you know what I meant lmao
One TD in his rookie season lol
Wild Carson Palmer only had 1 fr good season with the bengals.. I guess I just remember him being around and good for longer
In hindsight, Mahomes would have been a number one.
3:54 that shit is cursed af. Wtf are the falcons and saints doing in the NFC west
Besides his playoff/SB success, eli was incredibly mid. Whether he is HOF worthy is something idk if I'd be able to answer. And I'll still argue that tj watt should have won DPOY in 2023. He was statistically better in almost every way than Garrett.
if eli didnt have manning as a last name i think no one would care about him
Playoff and Super Bowl success is much more important than regular season success. If that was the case Tony romo would be a first ballot hall of famer.
@@bradmorgan3797 im trying to get that eli manning isnt that great considering he had seasons where he led the league in interceptions
@@bradmorgan3797Tony Romo should be in Canton just for becoming the starter in Dallas after being an un-drafted 22:23 free agent
michael vick should have never been able to ever play again and should have been in jail longer .. he’s a sick person and the fact they allowed that is crazy
You sniff your dog's ass, don't ya?
You sniff your dog's ass, don't you?
VICK SHOULD BE SHIPPED TO SPACE
if andrew luck could train anthony richardson, they could be on par to go to the playoffs
Eli is a hall of famer no questions asked
Carr was beat down in houston by a terrible O-line. Had he gone to lets say andy reid hes a hall of famer. Anyone beat up like he was would never be able to succeed
down voting, how did you not mention burrow going to the SB in his 2nd year after beating mahommes?
The Browns deserve what they are getting
As a broncos fan, miss watching luck play glad he walked away the way he wanted to.
Rams v Pats is indeed the worst NFL Super Bowl ever. Specially compared to the previous year.
Eli Manning will get into the Hall Of Fame.
Eli really doesn’t deserve to be in the HOF he had two magical playoff runs and that’s kinda it. 4 pro bowls isn’t the greatest and he wasn’t a top 10 qb during his era
Name the amount of QBs that thrived to win 2+ Super Bowls in the Brady era
@@infinityblox1winning two super bowls doesn't mean he thrived. The comment is absolutely right other than two magical playoff runs. The dude did nothing. Plenty of quarterbacks thrived in the Brady era. Eli Manning was not one of them.
@infinityblox1 name any questions that has beaten Brady 2x 😂
@@Chilly_Dawg44 so what you're saying is that it doesn't matter what else he has done, as long as in 2 games in his long career he beat Brady then that makes him hall worthy?
@archmage7813 it's not just 2 games. You have to get there somehow. And we are talking about he beat the greatest qb in nfl history. Not just some qb who showed up in a superbowl like burrow or Jimmy G or Purdy or hurts
Eli is a hall of famer he beat 16-0 brady
It was a low scoring game. That's a defensive game.
Free my guy Jameis lol
@@bbbnn6796 jameis sucks he’s one the best 3rd string qbs tho .
Andrew Luck... Managed to do the right thing when his body began giving out on him. As Patriots fan I saw a lot of him and enjoyed watching him play. I know, easy to say because we had Brady and Indy wasn't as much of a threat as the Peyton led Colts were. Though I remember an announcer would say that Manning was zero and Brady at Foxboro...
Dropped a like can tell u put time in this ty
Russell has got to be the worst ever QB bust in recent NFL draft history!
Holy shit dude, u do look like Baker 💀
May get some heat for this, but I def do not think Eli is hall of fame material. He’s been average at best and he’s been supported by other good players.
Eli is a HOFer
If I head another person say Vick is like fields I’m gonna crack. Fields isn’t even close. Vick was like watching a nfl RBs high school highlights.
