    Wow! Thank you! I just went outside and tried this hitting into my golf net. I couldn't believe how crisp and free my swing felt. This is the missing link I have been needing for years!

    Early success here too, not only did it free my swing, it cemented my set up routine. Club head in impact position, left hand grip, stand tall, hinge wrist position and back to 45 degree position, right hand on, return to centre, thoracic dip, look to target, breathe out, swing.... thank you!

    fantastic! I have many restrictions on shouders, hips and also spine. I am doing mobility sections to get better.

      We need a lot less mobility for an efficient golf swing than most realize. Keep a look out for some videos on it soon

    Great video : I would summarize it like this : find a posture and swing that fits your body, not the other way around

    We dont know how to use the tool so we end up being plagued by chunks on the course.
    Nobody has to teach us to use a hammer and after 1 day we all can hit the nail in the middle of the head.
    If we knew how to use the tool we could add all the power we wanted.
