thanks for making this video… great presentation … you have answered a lot of my question how to do this… clearly illustrated what i wanted to know EXACTLY…💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
This foam Kaizen look like way better than the milwaukee packout foam sale à home depot. I just try to make something like this with the milwaukee foam and it is not very good when you want to adjust the layer , very hard to peel off . I m gonna buy Kaizen one and Remake my set up . Thank you for this review, very helpful
@@garethconey9603 mine didn’t come worth a case either. Right now I have mine in the taller “cooler type” case. I have seen pictures of others online with the same Packout and some Kaizan foam holding in the router snugly.
Couple questions if you don't mind answering: What was the thickness of the foam sheet you purchased? Looks like they have a few different thicknesses. If you did it again, would have chosen a different thickness? Any value in adding a top piece of foam to the lid? Thanks.
I got the 57mm thick black with red core. I like the thickness that I got, not too thick or thin. If you do the cutouts so that the tools fit tightly then you shouldn’t need a lid piece.
I have the hard case, but I prefer being able to put everything into the Packout system so that I can be moved easier than carrying 5-6 hard cases when out on the job.
Best ASMR video out there. I could watch this content for days.
Thank you so much! I really enjoy the way this video turned out. Glad you like it too👍🏻
I have that kit also, and every time I take it out, I'm thinking that it should have come in a Packout Box....Nice work!
Thank you! I was just wondering which packout box you used for this.

Were did you buy this type of foam?
There is a link in the description to the Kaizen Inserts I used.
Would hold the milwaukee pam router??
Yes that would fit. I have a separate case with the M18 Router in it.
@@TwoBitWoodworks mine didn't come with a case and I can't find the proper case for it anywhere, are you sure it will fit in this case shown?

nice bro, I liked your video, what exactly is that foam measurement, to buy it, thank you!
You can actually go to Kaizan inserts website and order for a specific container.
Yes I know, but if you remember that same measurement because it is for the same box
Do they fall out of the foam when carried by
They do not. I trim them carefully and leave a little extra so they fit snugly in the foam.
Where is the foam bought at
The link is in the description of this video. Check them out!

@@TwoBitWoodworks Excellent. Thank you very much for the reply.
Do you need a cut kit when all you use is knife and sharpie
Different size knives and different color markers come in handy for any scenario.
Where did you get the foam inserts from? Thank you
Hi Jason, I get all my inserts from Kaizen Inserts (kaizeninserts.com)
@@TwoBitWoodworks Thank you very much.
@@jasonbeebe7635 you’re welcome!
The OCD is strong with this one.
This is the way!!
Y don’t u just get the deal which includes the hard case.
I have the hard case, but I prefer being able to put everything into the Packout system so that I can be moved easier than carrying 5-6 hard cases when out on the job.
The hard case isn’t a packout.
