    This foam Kaizen look like way better than the milwaukee packout foam sale à home depot. I just try to make something like this with the milwaukee foam and it is not very good when you want to adjust the layer , very hard to peel off . I m gonna buy Kaizen one and Remake my set up . Thank you for this review, very helpful

    Do they fall out of the foam when carried by

      They do not. I trim them carefully and leave a little extra so they fit snugly in the foam.

    Do you need a cut kit when all you use is knife and sharpie

      Different size knives and different color markers come in handy for any scenario.

    nice bro, I liked your video, what exactly is that foam measurement, to buy it, thank you!

    • @TwoBitWoodworks
      @TwoBitWoodworks  5 місяців тому

      You can actually go to Kaizan inserts website and order for a specific container.

    Would hold the milwaukee pam router??

    • @TwoBitWoodworks

      Yes that would fit. I have a separate case with the M18 Router in it.

      @@TwoBitWoodworks mine didn't come with a case and I can't find the proper case for it anywhere, are you sure it will fit in this case shown?

    • @TwoBitWoodworks
      @TwoBitWoodworks  3 роки тому

      @@garethconey9603 mine didn’t come worth a case either. Right now I have mine in the taller “cooler type” case. I have seen pictures of others online with the same Packout and some Kaizan foam holding in the router snugly.

    Couple questions if you don't mind answering: What was the thickness of the foam sheet you purchased? Looks like they have a few different thicknesses. If you did it again, would have chosen a different thickness? Any value in adding a top piece of foam to the lid? Thanks.

    • @TwoBitWoodworks
      @TwoBitWoodworks  3 роки тому +1

      I got the 57mm thick black with red core. I like the thickness that I got, not too thick or thin. If you do the cutouts so that the tools fit tightly then you shouldn’t need a lid piece.

      I have the hard case, but I prefer being able to put everything into the Packout system so that I can be moved easier than carrying 5-6 hard cases when out on the job.
