I haven't used my stamping foam yet. I was wondering how that'll look stamped but then run thru the embossing folder to see if the embossing and color look really great
Yep works great. You just need to make sure that when you stamp you have enough room to slide your image back into the embossing folder so it all aligns properly
They're beautiful! I'd love to see how using the 'other' side of the embossing folder looks when using the stamping foam please. Maybe an idea for a future video? 😊

Love this too, but it works even better if you put the foam on a stamping block 👍😁, the impression is better because you can press harder.
yes you do get a better inpression with th stamping block. Mine have gone MIA at the moment

G’day mate. I agree it’s always nice to hear an Aussie voice doing the videos. Here were lovely cards, love the pink & blue ones? Are you in Australia? Can you tell me the name of the tape runner you used and where to get it please, it looks like a good one. I have bought the small tape runners but they always seem to play up, and I have thrown a few away. Also where do you get your supplies from please Jo, the stamping foams Altenew inks etc, buying from overseas is so expensive with the conversion rate.

Thank you Jo for sharing this. Can you use foam sheets as well? I have a lot of them. I have made stamps out of them by cut out the foam and glueing to cardboard.
you're welcome! I would give it a try but I would think it would have to be relatively thick for it to work. I think the heart will just warp the thin foam sheets.

Yes, she mentioned that, but that that method gave a watercolor effect that she didn’t like.

Does rubbing on the foam damage the stamp pads at all? Really pretty..❤️
thanks Judy. No not in im experience. I dont't rub very hard. You can also just tap like a normal stamp but I find that the ink doesnt transfer to the stamping foam as well

10 - 15 seconds is plenty :)

What is the foam called?
Simon Hurley Stamping Foam. In the States, it comes in a pack of 2, the size shown here, or a Single which, I believe, will cover an A2 card face (roughly 4.25” x 5.5”. I bought my small ones from Amazon.
