I don't think I've ever seen Andross depicted as anything other than a videogame villain, I am most excited to see his view of the conflict from his side of the Lylat system.
I love how even though there's moral ambiguity, you still sense that Andross is the true villain. The way he talks about 500,000 dead civilians, he doesn't just sound casual, almost smug.
@@monitorlizardkid8253 Indeed. You can also tell by the way he talks about James' death. He doesn't say he's sorry for Fox or really show any sympathy at all. He's just like, "yeah, I killed your dad, nothing personal."

Second, Shears betrayal reveals that he regrets helping Pepper and is helping Andross to gather the details that will reveal Pepper to be not the honourable general we see him to be. I mean this is war, the Cornerians laid Siege to Venom beforehand and the Cornerians BEGAN the first Lylat War, so its not surprising Andross will be 'fuck it time for payback'. Andross is right, war is war.
Imagine imperial guard was sent to the atlas system 1 million deaths has been reported the reason why there's of a 1 million deaths in one thing it right now is to secure feel for the entire imperial navy
As is so often the case, the truth is somewhere in between. Pepper knew something was going on at Venom, and sent James, Pepper and Pigma to investigate. However, he didn't know how big the armada was. And while it wasn't a suicide mission, James sacrificed himself to save Peppy and inform Corneria about the scale of the attack. However, Andross' attack has only made Pepper more popular, which was probably not his intention,
I love that the writing actually feels plausible for an officially licensed Star Fox title. I'm not a one of those "NO BAD WORDS" kinda people, but when fans write kids cartoon characters swearing excessively to be more "Mature" it actually has the opposite effect and comes off more edgy, childish and completely out of character ruining the immersion.
The perfect example is Helluva Boss. It's so crass and in-your-face, and I've seen the first-hand effects it has on kids with ease-of-access to the internet. This is clearly better because it feels like real men are discussing the hard and uncomfortable realities both person & grand-scale that only fiction can make appealing.
@@billyboleson2830 Well, at least South Park does have an emphasis on Morals. Helluva Boss and by extension a lot of things of its kind are more about: Embrace your flaws and be a victim, but how dare you try to actually make yourself a good person.

To be honest I find this more realistic than what nintendo offered for the story line, I’ve always imagined pepper not being a total saint as Andross and Pepper are equally bad on opposite ends of power
@@garethflattery3010 I think "equally" bad is overselling it a wee bit. We're talking "Decent person with a few skeletons in his closet" versus "Megalomaniac who gleefully recites how many civilians his attack killed when called out on it"
@@Blazieth True "megalomaniac who gleefully recites how many civilians his attack killed when called out on it" suits andross perfectly I would rather work for "decent person with a few skeletons in his closet"
@@IronLord2014 in the 1992 comic book illustrated by Benimaru Itoh, Andross had a friend robot pig named Herbert. Also, his foster parents were robot pigs as well, who died in an accident caused by the Cornerian Army.
I was wondering why Estelle Ellis was involved... and then I saw Herbert and Drakor and knew this was something special. I love it when people know their source material. 😁
Nintendo has made some of my most beloved games, but at the same time has left my favorite one to die. Thank you for breathing life into Star Fox. I really like the twist with Andross and Pepper. That's about how Politics and War work anyways. The people who pay the highest price in war, didn't ask for it, and can't afford it.
I have to agree with everyone saying the voice acting is AMAZING, Andross' voice is especially good hell even Fox's voice was really good. And Andross trying to convince Fox to back out of the fighting is definitely something most villains wouldn't do in terms of reaching out to the hero instead just telling them they can't win and just surrender cause arrogance in thinking no one can defeat them. Also implying Andross is dieing is interesting, although smoking that cig isn't doing you any favors there big boy. I'm honestly wondering if Pepper truly was the one to send James on a suicide mission or if he was left in the dark and some other commanding officer was the one to do so (like that one guy who keeps claiming mercs are expendable). While yes Pepper likely has some skeletons in his closet I highly doubt he'd knowingly send someone on a suicide mission and wouldn't even approve of such a mission. Hell it wouldn't surprise me if Pepper, Peppy and James were all friends in their youth and went to the same Academy Fox and Bill went to before going their separate ways. Oh and Andross has an actual body and isn't a giant floating head with two giant floating hands is a nice touch too.
Thats him! Thanks. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if he went behind Pepper's back and was the one to give James, Peppy and Pigma that mission just to try and get rid of them cause "mercs" and its probably a blow to his ego that mercs were doing better in a fight than his own soldiers.
They're better voice actors than the VAs used in the official Star Fox games, which is funny. They really emphasize the age difference between Fox and Andross really well. Andross is clearly older, wiser, and more experienced with people. That makes him dangerous and untrustworthy because he knows the right things to say to convince someone younger and less experienced to let down their suspicions of him. He knows how to make someone listen to him as at least a partly credible source. He comes off as predatory and deceitful in this scene. Meanwhile, there's Fox. Being a fox, he's smart and crafty, but he's young. He doesn't really know how his dad died because he wasn't old enough to serve Corneria when his dad went missing. His dad James is the one guy he could realistically trust the most, but, of course, he can't really make a case for himself or describe what happened to him. There's no magic that allows folks to communicate with the dearly departed in SF, sadly. As a result, he has to rely on eyewitness accounts from all of these elders around him, whether it's General Pepper, Andross, or Peppy. They may leave out details that make their own sides or perspectives look bad. Watching this scene felt like a child listening to his devious uncle or a mentor describe what happened when his dad died.
I personally don't know when Andross became a brain during the course of the game. But from what I understood he became one as a result of his experiments, so I suspect that Herbert the Android here was injecting a serum that allowed him to survive the nature of Venom, only to further ruin his physical form, eventually becoming nothing, but a large head, then a brain. At least, that's what I think.
In *_Star Fox 64 [3D]_** (1997; 2011),* after his banishment, Andross was likely injected with some kind of *serum* that helped him survive the harsh, hostile, literally toxic and barren nature of Venom's landscape, but in doing so, it cost him much of his body, becoming a massive *disembodied head* with large *_Rayman_** style hands,* hence the *first form* we see during the first half of the final boss fight with him in-game.
Its entirely possible that the campaign spans several months. Andross may well have been his actual physical self during the game but desperately sought a way to extend his life, likely knowing he would die naturally before the war ended. Its also entirely possible that this Andross isn't *the* Andross. He says in the last stage of the boss fight that the has 100s of not 1000s of clones, this could just be one of them.
@@hammer1349 Seeing in this part the bot was saying several months. Meaning his age and the environment has taken a toll on his body so much that he doesn't have long to live. As such he sought ways to extend his life and even continue existing by other means.
I think it's sort of implied (in Event Horizon at least) that the giant head is an artificial body he implants himself into. Does make one wonder if Andross could still be alive, since the heads are explicitly said to be copies, not something he "transferred" himself into.
This is unbelievable. I've dreamt of something like this since childhood and pulling the Starfox cartridge out of it's plastic rental box for the first time. Nostalgia overload.
This brings me back to Beast Wars… You know, back when Megatron was a crafty diplomat with a Plan B-Z and backstabbed everybody rather than being a warmongering brute.
This kinda reminds me of the conversations between Captain Sisko and Gul Dukat throughout Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Really interesting. Well animated and well done.
With the success of the Sonic movies, I can only hope Mario Brothers is as successful. Maybe one day we can get an official Star Fox movie. Oh yes, I'd kill for that!

I love the entire vibe this gives off. I like how Andross coughs at the end of the call, it hints to the fact he's aware that his time is limited, and may be what led him to experiment on himself... Oh, that ending tho... who's that cool-looking dragon guy?
That’s Drakkor. He was meant to be the final boss in Dinosaur Planet on N64. He was intended as fully developed character with a backstory tied with the lore of the Krazoa on Dinosaur Planet and would’ve been revealed as the true villain. In Starfox Adventures, he was unfortunately reduced to just a generic boss fight midgame with no dialougue.
We went from a scratchy look in 2010, to a cleaner gameplay on 2015, to very good story telling in 2020 and now we have voice acting and cinematics that go DEEP on the story, i love it.
"Communication incoming, scanning for virus attacks..." :D Good thing Slippy is better with tech than he is at flying. But I really like what you did here - Andross is less than a 2D villain, Fox is willing to hear him out and seems to be considering what Andross is saying, but is still holding that very firm grudge about his father getting killed. Also, I really love all the background details like the posters such as Fox and Bill at the academy - really helped characterize both of them. Going by the context, I'm guessing that this is somewhere between the initial mission at Corneria and either the asteroid field ambush or the deep space rendezvous? And I'm guessing that we're going to get more of this given that 'mercenaries are expendable' seems to be plot point for the Lylat Wars arc...
Yeah, I got that vibe from watching more of the recent video feed on the game so far. Considering how Fox and the others were treated like as you said expendable. Say what you will about Andross but he certainly left behind a mystery waiting to be solved.
HOLY MOTHER OF ALL, the Voice acting, that was extremely amazing, well detailed, fitted perfectly, Andross's Voice is spot on, and clearly a lot of lore is in this, Though i like to ask you IceCreamMan, Did Pepper really sent James on a Suicide run. From what i can see, that Figure looks like that Monster on Dinosaur planet, though not sure, and from what i saw, it seems Like Andross is dying?? Though the fact is, the Voice acting, is super amazing. Great job to those who did the voices, you really put emotion into it. Continue doing a wonderful job.

I certainly recognized that Big Red Dude! Hell I still have my 2002 Game Informer Magazine that talked about Early SF Adventure/Dinosaur planet material! This Dude and General Scales really should have been the focus of the story along with the boss Fights! But we never got a hint of Dracon (Drakor) or his importance to the story. At least there were other folks here on UA-cam that managed to give us a proper picture of the Original Narrative Dinosaur Planet had.
@@danielramsey6141 I Am Glad many have recognized it as well. Anyway I hope you have a nice day.
I’m really confused about what went on between them. Drakor wasn’t really originally evil either. He hated krazoa for murdering his people and blaming it on him. He was willing to destroy dinosaur planet to stop the krazoa from defiling the universe. He killed many but his intent was actually very noble. Andross was much eviler. He ended up at least in the game using poor drakor as a lab rat for on of his experiments. Drakor was burned alive in lava and died in absolute excruciating agony… which actually was in my opinion extremely sad. Because drakor just wanted Justice for his people he wasn’t even evil just warped with pain and hatred. Drakor is my favorite star fox character I wish they could have saved him or redeemed him if that was possible instead of killing him in a fashion more gruesome and lifelike than stan in volcano.
@@zacharykenniston748 was this information from a Player's Guide or something? Because they definitely didn't tell us anything about Drakor in the actual game.
@@Blazieth it’s from the original version of the game called dinosaur planet. Originally drakor was a tragic villain but then they just made him into a bio weapon of sorts. So I’m not sure what is canon with him. He’s called a kamerian I believe. The original game was sadly scrapped
@@Blazieth yes originally the krazoa killed his people the kamerians and told everyone drakor was the cause. The krazoa were going to destroy the universe. Drakor new of this and was trying to destroy dinosaur planet to stop the krazoa from using some energy weapon that the planet contained. He did horrible things but he had noble intentions. Starfox didn’t understand because he thought the krazoa were good. In starfox adventures he just appears without a backstory and you burn him alive.
One detail I appreciate with Andross trying to paint himself as merely one side of a conflict where neither side's hands are clean... despite claiming to not having had anything against James or Fox himself, never once does Andross actually offer any sympathy or apology for killing James. He expresses understanding that it's led to hostility between him and Fox, tries to paint Pepper as the bad guy for Blackmailing James into the job in the first place, and tries to bribe Fox into simply staying out of the conflict. No apology, no sympathy, no actual remorse - just saying it wasn't personal, and that Pepper sent him to me to die... nothing to actually suggest that he feels bad about killing him.
I love how incoming Cornerian military comminques need to assure the recipient that "No Viruses Were Detected". I can only imagine that Fox received interstellar text spam in the past saying, "I have a soft *peach emoji*, come chat with me by clicking the link! *eggplant emoji*"
This is looking super promising. A more serious story like the direction Assault took is something I've wanted out of Star Fox for a while now and this seems great. Keep up the awesome work.
andross medals are the following from left to right. national defense, global war on terror, navy and marine corps achievement medal, and then the good cookie medal
Everything done is this vid is pure fanfiction, and unlike other fanfiction induced film/games. This is done 100% correct. It’s pure perfection with story involved.
I have to say this addition to the old rivalry really gives dimension to Andross's character. Not the galactic monster the games made him out to be but now a scientist who took up the burden of military command after he couldn't save his world with his terraforming technology. And now he wants revenge against his old adversary Pepper who is just as terrible as him, but Andross is more aware of his flaws and offers Fox a way out, unlike Pepper. This makes for a truly conflicting story of who is truly in the right and who is truly in the wrong. I love this conflict in stories. You are an excellent writer for continuing this story with such depth. Take us further on your journey into your world of Event Horizon.
If I was a neutral person on the outside seeing this I would probably tell fox to take the the offer. you can't trust someone in a military uniform to give you a straight answer I mean look what Shepherd did in Modern Warfare 2.
Come on, this is just insane! Offering Fox a way out and more aware of his flaws doesn’t excuse the fact he killed James McCloud. Personally, I’d spit Andross in the face and just wipe him out.
@@Wildboyz6913 calm down...I said it made Andross's character more complex rather than just being evil for evils sake. Yes it is a bad deal but from a neutral standpoint it is a fair deal. Of course I know that Fox won't take it, but to go through the effort of making the offer shows that Andross isn't just a mass murderer, he has morals. The idea is there is no good and bad in war, there are only those fighting to survive and the great players who watch from afar. Pepper and Andross, two old adversaries and each one is terrible in their own way. That makes for an excellent story!
@@Imagination4all And that’s why Nintendo doesn’t like what they’re seeing. Plus, you shouldn’t call General Pepper a bad guy, he cared about Sauria. He ordered Fox to kill him so that the Aparoids won’t infect him, but Peppy saved his life. What about the time Andross was infatuated with Fox’s mom but her eyes were set on James, so he tried to kill James, but she got killed instead? If you think General pepper is the bad guy, then maybe Starfox don’t deserve to be good guys.
@@Wildboyz6913 look, I enjoy what is being worked on here with Event Horizon, I didn't know those pieces of lore about Andross, but my point still stands, I like the expansion of Andross's character in this game and let us leave it at that. Agree to disagree, okay?
I was sitting here looking this over and was actually smoking a cig and then thought: "why does this Andross sound like the one from A fox in Sapce?" and then I saw it was Matthew Gafford voicing him, he is the same Andross!
Wow, where do I begin? Really love seeing the deeper side of Andross and SF64's simple plot expanded upon like this! Andross being voiced by A Fox in Space's Matthew Gafford is the icing on the cake even down to the similar look here that he has in that show, love that soo much btw! Just how all this was handled left me super impressed! Really looking forward to see where Event Horizon goes next! It's wonderful seeing Star Fox fans go all out like this! A job well done!
Holy f**kin' hell...this...you...geezus...Nintendo is gonna be PISSED at how much this gonna blow up when it releases! Seriously man...what you're creating...its beyond anything that we could expect from 1 man. You've drawn in official voices and legendary ones, have gameplay more advanced than what has been seen before in the entire series, and have the support of the entire Star Fox fanbase! My suggestion? Don't take what you're creating for granted. And make damn sure that this'll create such an impact, that it'll perhaps shatter the stupidity of Nintendo, making them understand the true potential...of Star Fox! ;D
This is such a treat for us that we have a cutscene with actual voice acting. The voice casting for both Andross and Fox are excellent. If that wasn’t the actual Steve Malpass voicing Fox, he certainly comes close to matching him.
This one has to be one of my many favourites out of all I have seen, it is nice to see this side to Andross, you know he can't be trusted, but yet he curves up a story that makes you think and ask "is it really true?", kinda like it did with Fox in some way, but yet behind that side of Andross is an evil smile to say otherwise and you know you can not trust him. This is really something and voice acting in this is a huge plus I couldn't rank it out of full marks as it goes beyond that and I am still sat here in awe, with this speechless expression, a truly outstanding job and you can tell how much love has gone into this, big props to you all
Then again, he was involved in an inter-system total war. 500,000 civilian casualties is in comparison somewhat light to what it could be. Which would be in the tens of millions at minimum.
Dang, what's the budget for this game? The music, the graphics, everything seems to have been done on an unusually professional scale, especially for a fan game. The storytelling and presentation are on a decidedly higher level than most Star Fox games, including SF Assault, which the fan base often cites as the best SF story. Heck, the voice-acting in this fan game blows that of SF Assault out of the water. Andross's voice is damn near demonic. As soon as Fox answered that video call, I could hear the disgust in his voice. It was like the very sight of Andross made him wanna throw up. I also appreciate how they sum up the characters' personalities with just a few photos. We see that Fox is a married fox and that he's friends with a dog. What's his wife's name? Who's this dog's (Bill, presumably, but we'll find out later in this game)? Likewise, with Andross, we see a photo of him posing with General Pepper. We see a professional degree in science, thereby demonstrating that Andross has a brilliant, scientific mind. What happened? How did one of Corneria's most esteemed scientists become a tyrant and the leader of a violent cult and a military offensive that's destroyed millions of lives? Why isn't he using his intelligence to better others' lives? It gives just enough information about the characters to potentially engage someone who's not familiar with Star Fox, but it leaves them in the dark, too. It makes the player curious to learn more about Fox and Andross by playing more of the game. Also, I love how this game's creators entertain the idea of General Pepper not being a saint. It'd make sense, given how, at the end of the day, Pepper is still a military official. That means he's likely following orders from Corneria's top brass such as Corneria's war cabinet; his loyalty isn't necessarily to Star Fox, Andross, or even lower-level Cornerian soldiers. Sadly, there's a chance that he wants to destroy Andross not to foster peace and equality but rather maintain Corneria's dominance over the Lylat System with an iron fist. Eliminating Andross would just make Andross an example of what happens when someone is brazen enough to take arms against Corneria. On the other hand, $50 says that what Andross told Fox about Pepper is simply a half-truth, especially with that little bribe there. This scene really makes the player question the ethics of their entire campaign. Are you really the good freedom fighter, or are you just helping one bloodthirsty oppressor kill off another bloodthirsty oppressor? It also makes the player think about deeper concepts relating to war such as nationalism and government corruption, as well as how they can cause wars and chaos. Excellent work all around! I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next in this game's development.
Not much of a budget, less than minimum wage! Thanks you so much for your kind comment though, a lot of what you said I tried to put into this. Just a tiny correction though, the photo is of Fox's mother and not his wife!
That is so cool seeing Andross have a secret negotiation with Drakkor from DP64. If Nintendo ever does decide on reviving the original Dinosaur Planet one day, it would be amazing if they could somehow make some kind of crossover with Starfox. There’s plenty of ripe material for both the Star Fox team and the protagonists of Dinosaur Planet to interact with eachother.
Fox from Space guy voicing Andross.......and the James backstory seems to be similar to "Fox from Space as Well", even down to Generalissimo Andross as well
Wow! This is awesome! After seeing this, I’d love to see Andross interact with Andrew. As he canonically always viewed Andrew as an incompetent failure and purposely put him in Star Wolf to get away from him. Which makes me feel legitimately sorry for him, he just wants his uncles approval and love.
@@CalamityLegend Oh hey! Small world, huh? Lol Yes, Andross is pretty awful. Andrew deserved a better uncle figure in his life. Peppy would be a good candidate for that. Especially since I’ve seen Andrew shipped with Lucy (Peppy’s daughter).
@@GeorgeMan1999 Once again, I agree with you that Peppy would be a better uncle figure to Andrew. Also unrelated, but what do you think of an Andross backstory? I would say that it would be lit. It can get into details how Andross went from a good-intentioned scientist to a solar system conquering tyrant.
@@CalamityLegend Glad you do! I’m totally fine with that. Andross, unlike Eggman, was once a legitimately decent person. Seeing how he turned into the despicable monster we all know would be awesome. Humanizing him wouldn’t take anything away from the narrative.

A new username and a new short. What a treat. Though I am curious as to the cause of the former, I am delighted by the offer made by the latter, getting such cinematics and voice acting. Just be careful to not fly too close to the sun.
Something tells me that Andross is in a very, very hidden place and using a very advanced machine to project his consciousness into giant mechanical copies of himself.
This is..... What gets me isn't the look of the characters themselves, but the setup... the implications. The idea that Andross wasn't always a megalomaniac bent on system domination... the idea that he was once an esteemed member of society. In all my 30 years, that thought has never crossed my mind, and to see it now is deeply shocking.
Depending on the Continuity chosen, Andross 'did' have a grudge against James, but that's only ever mentioned in the old Nintendo power Magazines from back in the SNES days. so either he's telling the truth in this new timeline, or he's talking out of his ass. also the end leaves some questions, which is good. I'm intrigued, but also conflicted. Either way I wish the team making this all the best.
Wow Andross's office theme is really fitting he is a Villain through and through, even how he just speaks about the Deaths like a Statistic in the end it's a War between Dictrators that use any means necessary to get the other one out of the way.
this makes great backstory for Andross placement in SFA. If Drakor was able to remain his character in the final the game. I believe if Drakor would have agreed to assist Andross in reviving him as a backup as the Krazoa God, then Andross must’ve agreed terms to let Drakor use his worm hole/dimensional portal thing to perhaps go back in time and bring the Kamerians to the present or another dimension where the Kamerians are thriving to then invade DP. It would have been so cool if Drakor knew of Fox before Dragon Rock and had some lines and even hinted at the bigger picture that all the SFA events were unfolding to Andross revival. Sort of like how in DP64 Drakor told Saber that he had no clue what he was really fighting for.

You should make a cutscene where Pepper tells Fox the truth and reason behind the war i.e. how Andross and Shears helped Pepper usurp control from the directorate.
That's exactly like Andross. I would never trust him either. When people end up declaring war, and they just put innocent civilians in danger, you know they're no better than terrorists and you can't trust them.
This is... amazing! The animation looks a little stiff in some places, and not really fluid in others, but the sound effects and voice acting are ON POINT! What little I've seen in this 6 minute video has me hooked! I NEED MORE!
First I gotta say WOW! That video was amazing voice acting amazing 10/10! And while it wasn't a suicide mission, James sacrificed himself to save Peppy and inform Corneria about the scale of the attack.
However, Andross' attack has only made Pepper more popular, which was probably not his intention,
And thus, this attempt to personally sway one most key to the conflict unfolding: Fox McCloud. ^-^
Plus, Pigma's betrayal and joining Star Wolf.
Excellent analysis.
Pepper knew something was quiet, too quiet.

Agreed! The voice acting is amazing! It sounds professional! The animation looks a bit stiff, but the voice acting more than makes up for it!

"Die" feels a bit much.
Shears is the one, and yes him being involved in sending James to his death would be a BRILLIANT touch.
Thats him! Thanks. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if he went behind Pepper's back and was the one to give James, Peppy and Pigma that mission just to try and get rid of them cause "mercs" and its probably a blow to his ego that mercs were doing better in a fight than his own soldiers.
@Krystal The Pink Poodle Beats me. Didn't notice it.
@Krystal The Pink Poodle 🤷
He also has a miniature Krazoa shrine beneath it.
Every single voice actor is clearly giving it their all.
It's weird to think of Andross as a physical being. Even in Starfox/Starwing he was in truth a head in a cube. Then a brain.
I feel like if a StarFox Movie was made back then, Tony Jay, The voice of Frolli from Hunchback of Notre Dame, would've been the one voicing Andross

@@Vinny792 ah, Drakkor, of course... I almost assumed it was him, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions.

As it turns out, this contact comes right near the end of the war - right before either Bolse or Area 6.

Andross and Drakor in cahoots!?
The plot thickens...

Figured Andross wasn't as noble as he was trying to make himself out to be. The end of this clip proves that.

"Yes, my generals estimate almost 500000 dead." He said that so casually and almost proudly, it was creepy.
Then again, he was involved in an inter-system total war. 500,000 civilian casualties is in comparison somewhat light to what it could be. Which would be in the tens of millions at minimum.
We don't know Corneria's population size, but if their army's success hinges on a team of 5 mercenaries, it can't be high.
@@marrqi7wini54 True...
Just a heads up; the photo is of his parents; Vixy and James McCloud
Damn, the pacing is on pont! 👌🏼 I feel like I'm in the room watching

A new username and a new short. What a treat. Though I am curious as to the cause of the former, I am delighted by the offer made by the latter, getting such cinematics and voice acting. Just be careful to not fly too close to the sun.
He's kinda been going by that username on his Discord server for some time now. I think he just decided to change his UA-cam one to match
Yo! That transmission Andross got at the end! Was that freaking Drakor from Dinosaur Planet/Star Fox Adventures!?
Something tells me that Andross is in a very, very hidden place and using a very advanced machine to project his consciousness into giant mechanical copies of himself.
Dude this is INCREDIBLE!! I LOVE the voice acting in this, and can't wait until this is finished!!
I'm losing it !!!!Omgggggg this is so cool!!!! The animation, cinematography, voice acting, music lighting everything is Awesome!
First time I've ever seen a villain ask the hero not to work for him, but to not fight at all.
IceCreamMan, your talent is incomprehensibly amazing.
This has a ton of potential
"I'd say there's potential."
- Ben Stiller (All Star M.V by Smash Mouth, 1999)
It’s refreshing to see Andross in a full body model rather than a hideous floating head/brain of a bioweapon. Good work.
It’s good to see that Starfox still has a lot of dedicated fans. This looks really interesting and I like how it’s building a deeper story
Mmm this is geting interesting, andross deserves to be something more that a just bad guy
Wow Andross's office theme is really fitting he is a Villain through and through, even how he just speaks about the Deaths like a Statistic in the end it's a War between Dictrators that use any means necessary to get the other one out of the way.
“A single death is a tragedy, a million deaths are a statistic.”
~Joseph Stalin
this makes great backstory for Andross placement in SFA.
Everytime I see your your work on Star Fox I only get more and more excited! I love the voice acting and the story idea of General pepper possibly blackmailing foxes father! I'm super invested and I can't wait to see more!
Essentially the plot of the "A Fox in Space" shorts. Which have higher production value and tell a much more compelling story.
A Fox in Space is purely an animated series. EH's cutscenes act as connecting tissue between the levels.
@@codemancz798 Is this thing playable? If so how can I play it?
@@Masterho310 You can download it on Moddb or on Knossos.
whoever created this deserves a raise. No, you know what, give that person(s) a all-expense-paid cruise trip. With mimosas. They deserve every centimeter of it.
Well heck, I was hoping I could be the one to voice Andross(I was planning equal parts large ham and genuine menace) but I was going to wait till the game was closer to completion before making my presence known. Oh well, good luck Matthew Gafford, your cold, menacing andross voice is amazing.
Andross sounds like he's voiced by Clancy Brown. I know it isn't, but its a fitting voice.
Yup. Sounds a lot like his Saavage Oppress' voice.
You should make a cutscene where Pepper tells Fox the truth and reason behind the war i.e. how Andross and Shears helped Pepper usurp control from the directorate.
It's already revealed in one of the following missions, though more as a side note.
Finally, something out of star fox instead of waiting for years in A Fox in Space.
This is absolutely brilliant
The plot thickens…
My God! The conspiracy and plot twist in this is absolutely fantastic! I can’t wait to play this!!
That's exactly like Andross. I would never trust him either. When people end up declaring war, and they just put innocent civilians in danger, you know they're no better than terrorists and you can't trust them.
this is so well done i honestly rather just see a movie like this
Random recommendation in my feed. Good shit man.
This is... amazing! The animation looks a little stiff in some places, and not really fluid in others, but the sound effects and voice acting are ON POINT! What little I've seen in this 6 minute video has me hooked!
I NEED MORE!
Oh my gosh best of villain andross voice acting ever made most marvelous work love star fox series!
God I wanna support the patreon but my money is low. This looks so good and so amazing! I also hope Nintendo doesn’t decide to shut it down.
First I gotta say WOW! That video was amazing voice acting amazing 10/10! Love Andross voice and Fox but also I wish we had story moments like this in the games because this hits deep like just imagine if we had a moment like this in the N64 game where Andross made us question what we are doing I mean we killed a lot of his men yeah he’s still the bad guy overall but man wish the games had a moment like this the closest I could think to Star Fox having such a gripping story for me would have to in Star Fox Assault overall tho great Video cant wait to see more!
