These kind of stories really motivate me. I am gifted in construction and blessed to do great things with money. I am married to a gifted contractor here in the states. I have no way to convince my amazing man that I can do great things in my birth country. I’m allowed to buy and build here in the USA but not in Kenya. So for now I will continue to watch amazing ideas while I wait for my opportunity to do great things in my beloved Kenya
We should get together... working on being a developer here in the uS as well. Which part are you?
I pray you can come back do projects with him then go back....One day your dream will be accepted by hubby and will agree and fulfill what you love back home
Investors should leave small portion for trees , with this rate our kids watakuwa wanaskia kulikuwa na miti
There is a forest bodering these houses .millions of trees
@@pablowpa I think you are talking about the neighboring land, What if the owner decides to do
this kind of houses too
@@pablowpa very true.
He needs to plan for a place to play ang have fun. Something for kids and community. Living is not aniut only a house but the surroundings plays a huge role in making life enjoyable.
But he is creative and doing a big job. He has set an example for africans.
This is Brilliant work from the both of you Fred and the Afrikan Traveller.
However we need a part 2 showing details of the following suggestions
1. How a finished house looks like Example a 3 bed in like 10 Apartments
2. Price of Land and Areas to buy proximities to travelling time to CBD town centres
3. Amount required at every stage For instance 10 or 5 people will require £500 or $500 per month or weekly for X amount of months for stage 1
4. An Overview or idea of how groups have come together, how much they all contribute
5. A rough estimate of starting to finish times
Quote…”Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. Blessings
Stories like this encourage us who are far from home...Keep 'em coming
Alafu MERRY CHRISTMAS in advance!

This is great work .. just what the market needs. Congrats both Fred and the Afrikan traveller. I would have liked to see more coverage on the panels being made and the concrete being poured though.
Hopefully soon.
Very inspiring we will follow suit from USA to NBO. Great job Bwana Fred
Amazing content. Thanks, Afrikan Traveller for bringing Mr. Fred Njeru to us on your channel!

Good job done by our great brother it a privilege to have great people in our own kenya it’s above and beyond.
I love his project, very neat and clean finishes. I applaud this technology 100%. I like that he does one project at a time. Definitely looking to do business with him.
You should definitely do.
Been trying to give him business in vain.
@@lucylinechuri7417 why?
Thanks Fred God bless you. More Grace in your great destiny continue.
AT your stories are always inspiring. This one is a bomb. This guy is humble, tribeless, no pride, patriotic in nature and no fake English twenging. He is natural and a life changer by all means. He has inspired me and millions more especially those that are in Diaspora struggling or living a lie that America is a land of honey. Kenya is the best country to live and work in.
AT, the sky is the limit for you sir. I love your consistency and an easy way of telling the stories.keep it up.
This is sooo beautiful ...this techs are being used here in Israel n r amazing buildings! Keep up good work!😍
Been inspired by this gentleman. Please come to Uganda 🇺🇬 and extend your services here.
Thanks to Fred and the Afrikan Traveller.
This is the most practical video I have watched.
Fred, you have taught me a simple way to get involve in real estate development.
God bless you!
He should be given a Head of State commendation.
Wow! This is definitely breath of fresh air

African traveler you’re awesome the content just amazed me and going for one house build by fred affordable and amazing thumbs up love you two guys job
This is great….I am a realtor in the US and I have been looking a guy like this is Kenya….I will definitely call him
For me is the technology of building and the commitment in the start up..big up!!
Nice interview. I like what the gentleman is doing in house construction.
I’ll share this with my advice. You are doing a great job John.
This is an eye opener for me. Thank you AT for this presentation.
Informative and inspiring. But the sound is low. Using lavelier mics both of you, will greatly improve the sound quality without the listener turning the volume so high.
African building africa, we are so Blessed by God to be co-creator on earth #welldone#Afrikantraveler 🥰
Many thanks for this content. I'm from Ghana will have to come to KENYA to learn. Thanks.
Thank God for being a trusted, hardworking man 🙏🙏 I wish there's someone in Uganda like you
Thanks for highlighting this new technology. I would have loved to see some of the completed projects? Either block of flats or bungalows.
Great work as always, keep the content coming!
This is motivating...the Kenyans are now set to get ready
Great your content literally means business glad to be a subscriber
This is inspiring. Very neat and classy finishes.
Very inspiring. Good job guys!
A guy conversant with legit building codes??? What an asset for Kenyan construction 🚧 🏗️ 🦺
… and with a background in the military? This gentleman’s discipline and skill set makes me so optimistic for the future of Kenyan construction🙏🏿
What is the secret with you Kenyans? The other day I watched the video on this channel about Simon (the man) at proteq automation who is re-designing lathes and computerising old machines and causing a revolution. Simon is an absolute genius indeed!!! I am absolutely gobsmacked. Your ingenuity is absolutely super inspirational. This is what Africa needs right now. AFRICAN SOLUTIONS FOR AFRICAN PROBLEMS. Fred Njeru you are a genius too just like Simon Wachira. It's people like you we have been waiting for. I like the fact that you guys are not relying on some bazungus for the great work you are doing and this shows that you are true visionaries. You are building the NEW AFRICA. Also a big thank you to the interviewer for the amazing excellent drone footage. It's the age of the African pioneers who are treading where the previous generation didn't. You are truly changing the narrative of our land. Great stuff!!!
Yeeeeeeah thanks my fwend mwaka inaisha and this is the best gift of 2022 to invest.......a notch higher
Hi Afrikan Traveller, this is awesome. Why didn’t we see the inside of a finished house; either one of the 37units, or one of the one in Ruaka? Please can you post a virtual tour of Fred’s finished houses? Thanks.
Loving your content...bring us more houses on precast panel...I am very inspired.....
Thanks AT for bringing us such information. Thanks Fred.
Kabisa.
Good job Fred.
This is beautiful affordable housing are needed not only in Africa but it is needed in United States the contractors must swallow their pride and build more affordable housing they think by building affordable housing they won't get money by tenants who are not rich this must change everybody needs a home and not be homeless perhaps you can forward this video to contractors who believe in this
They should, the exaggerated prices do not help at all.
@@AfrikanTraveller
Can this be done in South Sudan or Uganda. Thank you
Good work bro. Just one thing, when your interviewees mention the names of their companies/ what they are doing, please provide the name for us (typed on screen) SO THAT we can connect. At 20th min, he mentioned sth about Buildcon technologies and I cant find it online

Great chat with Fred Njeru, looking forward to interacting with him.

Very inspiring and this story inspired me to subscribe to your channel Afrikan Traveller. Keep up with the goog work. Atleast 75% of Kenyans have been scammed by their friends or family one way or another.
I absolutely love this.
I am apart of big projects in Dubai, and this guy is a game changer..... thanks for sharing, will be in touch with Fred in the future 😀
I’d love a house constructed by this system. Am sure this will be very cost effective ☝🏽💪🏾💪🏾
Definitely
Interesting and inspiring, your story is a perfect example of ' the future is Africa'
The future is definitely here.
This is very inspirational. Again, drone shots a bit dull in some shots though smooth.
Now this is one guy I will trust as someone who live outside the country amazing stuff
Karibu,
I have several lands upcountry on the road side I would like his in put on it they are big 4&7 hectares but money is the issue maybe we can help each other out with his ideas and technology
Hongera...this is a very good idea...spread the word out there..
Nice content Afrikana road to 100k just subscribed
Wow. This is so encouraging
I am a diaspora student and these stories inspire me to come back to my country. But, I always feel like we should do what Chinese did. They went out and when they returned they built industries focused on improving the economy and the job market for Chinese not just about personal gains (African mindset is to blame though). I mean houses are for Middle class working people not common mwananchi, aren't they? My personal take though.
Why don't you come back and invest in exactly what you are saying.
@@wangarindungu1286 ofc I will do that when time comes. Am still studying. First year tbc. But a rational person who really wants to do sthng for their country won't run to real estate. Is just a fact. Real estate boom is borne by booming economy and working class citizens. That's partly the case In our country but we can do better, can't we?.
@@xahba8210 I pray that your dreams come true and last but not least learning to appreciate other people little success is more important cz whatever you wish for others definitely it will happen to you.
@@joshtravo7451 My first sentence was appreciative. The other part is my view on what can grow a nation. It's not about the govt only. It's the will of the people. And, maybe am overly optimistic but I do think we can do it if we dwell on manufacturing.
@K KI get that part, But is it long term employment?. Is it really something that can grow our economy. You don't grow an economy on basis of serving your countrymen (ni kama pesa inazunguka tu no addition). But rather exporting. You can't export houses. I wish I could explain to you well but I hope u understand the little have said.
Been to this place! Liked it...well done👌
The sound is so disruptive because of the echo , maybe try shooting outdoors , the story is so inspiring
Inspiring story.Good job brother

This is inspiring, great motivation, congratulations Fred. You will leave a legacy.
Great content Afrikan Traveller, I have subscribed.
Its inspiring indeed but, has anyone tried to contact Fred (owner)? Good luck! I have left multiple email messages and attempted to call but no response. This has made me question the credibility of some of the stories featured on this channel. Somebody prove me wrong …please.
You make incredible content. We are learning a lot.
Karibu sana.
This houses are really worth the price, the design and everything it offers. I've seen 5+ million shilling houses that have bad finishing looks unorganized, with poor colour choice and they're always overpriced
One of the few, who give value for money.
Thanks for this..I needed this kind of person..

Good content ...keep it up Afrikan Traveller🤙
Thank you.
Great work Fred, this is really amazing and reassuring. Afrikan traveller, great content and thanks for the heard work as always. One minor suggestion, please add a link to Fred's contacts and website to your video description - it's easier that way. Many thanks and all the best.
