One were you can actually go surfing on artificial made waves. It's a nice gimmick and I think it's unique in the world or at least in Africa. I've never seen something similar elsewhere. You can find clips of it here on UA-cam. Same goes for real estate projects. Nowhere in the world you can find such nice, state-of-the-art housing, for similar prices like in SA. Including Durban. At the Indian ocean _(warmer water than elsewhere in SA)._ But because of the enormous inequality _(look up the Gini coefficient)_ you have a very very high crime rate. Which means that you have to invest in private security, to stay safe. Because you can't rely on the regular police. They can't handle it alone. But the private security sector is very large! You have a wide variety of different companies and levels of security you can choose. How is the crime situation in Kenya?

Love the use of local expertise in this project. Also love the emphasis on water and energy efficiency. The flats are nice but I have visited them and they are lacking in storage space, a common drawback in many of the new apartment buildings coming up. Just my opinion of course...

This is incredible project. I wish the Westlands leaders can work on making the surrounding areas more presentable too. For instance most roads within Westlands are in bad shape and barely have pedestrian sidewalks. The amazing engineers who have spoken in this video can work magic on entire area if they are given a chance.

Stop the cliche thing that being old means being experienced. Experience comes with the number of challenging projects and tasks you undertake in a given time. One can spend 8 to 10 years in a field and be experienced than one who was in the same field for 60 years. 3. Projects like these are run by multiple engineers so to assure people like you that the building is safe they can couple the young engineers and your "Experienced" engineers. 4. Learning today is more advanced than it was when these people went to school. With all the resources; new field-related technologies the young and the old can learn a lot from each other. Mostly the older ones are not welcoming of new ideas or able to use some of the new quick and advanced technology or equipment that is in use today. 5.
