I am amazed by your dedication, vision, hard work, and ability to show the world and the African continent that it is possible and has always been. I am in the USA and I am not aware of anyone that is melanated as us that has done this during my generation. I admire your strength and courage. I admire you selfishness in helping to build a community to help carry hope, love and opportunities in many areas. Peace, Love and Blessings Mya 🙏🏿

Wow! I admire you, Liya, The Ethiopian PM Abiy Ahmed has the best interest for Africa, but the Western and European didn't like his big Idea. Right now, it seems like they are giving P/M Abiy Ahmed a very hard time because his vision for prosperity is not only for Ethiopia, it is for the whole Africa. It seems like the Western and European wants African to rely on their donations. They want to buy raw materials such as cotton raw coffee, raw leather from Africa, and they will bring those product back to Africa as a shirt, as a grinded coffee, and as a leather jacket and sell it in a high prices for African. They know if Africa utilizes African resources by herself, Africa will be the richest nation in the world, and their economy will be crushed.

Nothing can stop an African who believes in herself or himself. The lesson learned is: *"Belief in Thyself."* If that's what you consider as *"The Lord"* then so be it!
She summed it up by saying at 5:08 that "If we only look *Within* us, we have the answers for the world." No wonder we have been so programmed to look for answer from everywhere else but within...
Our political leaders, do you hear that?

I must be hard about this you people are so gullible this has nothing to do with GOD this has to do with big Finance continuing to exploited make money off Africa. ONLY the exploiter will be living in these homes while ELOHIM poor continue to suffer. I'm not impressed at all and neither should you be do you know how many low-income homes could have been built with the money that they spent. poor people who will never be able to afford these homes people who need housing they need land for growing crop they even need water just for bathing and drinking no I'm not impressed at all and since you got your prayer hands up you read Matthew chapter 25:31_46 and in case you can't read that Matthew chapter 25 verses 31 through 46!!!

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

West Africa, East Africa, Central Africa, and Southern Africa in particular, are expected to reach a combined GDP of $29 trillion by 2050. A friend of mine told me that Africa is where China was 25 years ago. This, therefore, means 25 years to come Africa as a whole will be highly developed if we embrace the Pan African spirit, protect and utilize our human and natural resources and elect sound leaders. Africa will be the paradise of the world. From Cape Town to Cairo, from the Nile river to the roaring majestic River Congo. From mountains to the sea, Mama Africa will rise again. Africa is the future! Invest in Africa TODAY

Indeed!! People don't realize that Africa has a whole has been developing rapidly since the early 2000. The fastest developing countries are taking place in Africa and that number is projected to grow by 2050. The population of Africa is also projected to double by 2050. Nigeria has we know it, is projected to position itself as one of the most powerful country on the global scale along side China by 2050.

Thank you Wode for letting Africa know that this is possible in Africa. At first i thought Leah is from a privileged dynasty. But now i know that degrees dont matter but big dreams do. Like someone said this entrepreneurship 101 should be taught in African schools. If 25 % of our learners get it right, we will have such 200 homes real estates replicated in all African cities.

@@charchar5887 I beg to differ, there is something for some of us here in Europe. I lost my mother when I was 7yrs, and as a 20yr old woman, I had no way out financially, no family to help either. I came to London and I have managed to own 2 properties back home which I currently rent out. Mind you I am only 32yrs. Like she said, her Auntie and other families were already in real estate. So how do we know that they did not give her a helping hand in one way or the other?

this lady is making me wanna move to Africa prematurely and start investing. stability is beautiful. Kenyans should keep it up. we all know politicians are corrupt and dirty minded. but let the work of local investors do the talk. And when the wealth of the nation landed in the hands of civilians, the politicians become powerless and therefore opening the gate for true leadership.

Wode Maya; you never realized how inspiring your effort is, and how you have not only impacted the African countries, but the world at large, especially the developing countries. I am from Papua New Guinea, a country above the western tip of Australia, sharing border with Indonesia. I thank you so much for your dedication. You have transformed my perception of my own country and I'd like to transform my people too. Keep up the good work.

@@Sugi1971 In Kenya, and most of Africa, we use the term Africans - just like the presenter did. The only small minded (and rigid) person here is definitely you for refusing to accept that, despite it being clearly displayed here. Go spread your ignorance in your own country.
