And if u r in litigation, there is less money in the beginning, but if you are good in practice , you have made yourself known in the market , you can earn even more than a corporate lawyer. Certainly, in both the fields u need to have the calibre.
Networking plays major role in litigation and referrals plays major role in Corporate. Lot many clients exploit young professionals who choose Litigation as career expecting services free of cost. Its really tough to survive in Litigation when the only source of income is Litigation.

Why will the government pay a private litigator? And it's just a myth that an advocate till 45 doesn't make anything. Down the line, I have seen so many new age litigators make 15 LPA + after two or three years of exp. And after becoming AORs, few of them are making enough to live their lives in a lavish way.
The way she's saying stuff about Litigation, I can only guess that she's either from NLU or Private law school. Litigation is not that bad as she said, "zero penny till 45". You can get decent job as a junior associate under senior lawyers and get around 10-20K per month as fresher. And once you start getting clients cash flow just doesn't end. One of my senior he's a lawyer in Delhi, every day he has 10-15 hearings in court, and for each attendence he charges 2k to 10k., you can calculate how much he makes in a month.
For argument in sessions court advocates are paid approx 10 thousand to 50 thousand for Single case, and advocates in high court gain 1 lakhs for same case

I have seen people in letigation earn more than corporate in 30s age. Its totally how you developed yourself.
The advocate of supreme court earned 40 to 50 lacs per day
I'm also doing law...earning some good amount of money in litigation is a long time process..but not that long as she said..i know people who earn 25 k with 2 years of experience ..its all about your skill and networking even if you are a first gen lawyer

Kuchh bhi gyaan de di didi. 5th year tak law student ko pata nahi hota ki woh kitna kamaayega. There is not an average income in the case of lawyers who do litigation. Some charge in crores for 1 hearing and some can’t even make a penny, depends on how good and popular of a lawyer you are. :)
I am fearing this , if you know what are the reasons lawyers fail in life
Never heard any lawyer charging crores for 1 hearing in India. Even the top lawyers charge 25-30 lakhs per hearing.
Got to admit, Finch's involvement in 4RA made me a regular. Can't miss out on his match insights! 💡
What do you.. do Sir..

Top law firms pay on an average 15 lakhs p.a. to freshers. Top MNCs pay around 9-10 lakhs p.a. to freshers. Top Senior Advocates pay maximum 2.4 lakhs p.a. to freshers (basically this is the best way to enter into litigation). So before going into litigation make sure that you have good financial background to lead a comfortable life.
Litigation lawyers earn a lot, then corporate lawyer.
First time i hear this 😅
Bro can you guide me how to reach this stage
@@Gpmaster1234but after 40+ age🥲
lol, someone should tell them that at the end of the day law firms pay lakhs/crores of rupees to litigating lawyers since their high-paid associates(briefing lawyers) don't know what actually works in courts.
It's canon effect guys 😂
Seems like they are in their 1st or 2nd year of law school from the nature of opinion they have.
And just one thing. Why will the government pay a litigating lawyer? I mean just why. I am really thinking law school are they from !

They’re from my college. What a shame🙂 They are in 2nd year so… you’re right about that too.

But yeah in different national competitions hosted by us and also where I have participated the people coming from Jamia are good and since it is a reputed university I presume it will match up to its repute.

My sister is senior associate in khaitan and co. And she earns around 35+ bonuses.. Even her friends who are doing litigation earns same or more.. It just depends on college.. Ask students of du or top nlus.. Don't ask these chapri and nibbi girls.

And one more thing your sister has how many years of experience??
Studying law is other side of coin you have to practice law before make statement
Her London concert was a success too i am waiting for the west to recognize IU's art ❤❤
See if you are not from good law colleges like nlus or good private colleges , you won't get placements nd it's hard to get placements if u r not from there, you can get food placement if u work hard.
Her last line openly on corruption
In corporate you ha e a fixed salary, but in litigation that may be your one meeting payment
Ok corporate law , forget your social life
And corruption. , ya. If you want to do that you can do... And she doing law😂 that's how it is here

Senior lawyer in internship:- 150 rupiya dega
There is saying!!
When a prostitute is young or early in her career/Job she earns more and when the lawyers grow old they earn more.
🙏🏼🔥
At starting , its true that litigation will give very less amount of money
But as youll progress , the amount of money and allowances youll start making per case is way higher than corporate salaries. Its up to individual's interests that what he want to do , you can say that if youve studied law dont go to litigation😃
If uh will run behind money for initial days nd run from doing struggle uh will remain corporate slave for entire ur life... But if uh can do struggle for starting days then there is no limit of ur income uh can earn that whole year pakage for even ur one appearance in courtroom... So decide courageously nd wisely....
Poor students, enjoy whole college days instead of developing skills for litigation..
Corporate lawyers are not lawyers.
Litigation lawyers earning more than corporates,I guess these students should go for practical exposure.
Why will the government pay a private litigator? And it's just a myth that an advocate till 45 doesn't make anything. Down the line, I have seen so many new age litigators make 15 LPA + after two or three years of exp. And after becoming AORs, few of them are making enough to live their lives in a lavish way.
Only law and fresher expecting 12 24 lakh .. seriously 😂😂.........hats off
There exists a world beyond your knowledge.
@@sangeethnarayanan4598 yes exists in fantasy world
The way she's saying stuff about Litigation, I can only guess that she's either from NLU or Private law school.
Minimum 5,20,000
Maximum 3900000
These are the people who complain about corruption and don't want to do anything about it but basically want to go in corporate for money only😂 .
Litigation has lots of scope n pay is depend on personal knowledge n legal skils
If you are a law student from any top NLU then there is no age limit in litigation.....that's why CLAT toppers are becoming top lawyers nowadays...😌
For argument in sessions court advocates are paid approx 10 thousand to 50 thousand for Single case, and advocates in high court gain 1 lakhs for same case
It's lie bro wake up te to reality
Well I believe for corporate there is a limit and for litigation you can earn good and learn well provided you have good years of experience 😅😅
12-24LPA in corporate for freshers? Delusionnnn
If you do it from top nlus
That’s girl know a shit about litigation if you starts praticing. In 5 or 6 year you start getting work and in 10 year you will do much better
Into litigation, it's not beneficial for first generation lawyers. But if you come from a family who are into litigation for few generations then yes, you have hope.
