I'm just starting out from white collar by day, couch potato by night. I was Subperman.
I bought the Athlean AX-1 program (I'm not shilling for them, use whatever you want just get moving) and when I got to recovering from the Hip Bucks on Day 3 of the program I REALLY felt it. It felt good though. It's the kind of soreness that makes you feel like you were really doing something at your workout.

@@lucdevost4107 Actually, I can attest to the pumps I get from glute training and I only do a total of six to eight sets for glutes. I usually do four sets of hip thrusts and three to four sets of back step lunges. It's just a pump that goes away in a few hours but I can tell that it is noticeably bigger. I can't wait to try out hip thrusts with Contreras form (head looking forward).
