This is beyond lovely I think I’ve defo become more unapologetic and purposeful with my content, I used to worry about being liked now I worry about how many people I can help through my videos better their fitness journey 💙
Totally feel you girl on the "don't be shy to train your glutes" speech 🥂 it's the biggest muscle & needs to be trained for your whole body to benefit more especially with your back & posture... I agree incorporate other exercises we need to move the body in the right ways... But I myself particularly love training my glutes end up doing alot around that area... It's a must!😉
Hey Krissy! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for making this video. This video is what got me out of the back corner of the gym and onto the benches in front of the mirrors with all the big scary men 😂. You explained and demonstrates things so thoroughly I felt so confident trying it out for myself in a space I never thought I’d feel comfortable in. Not sure if you will ever read this, but I am so grateful for all you do helping women who want to build strong healthy bodies!!!
Your lower body strong program was worth the wait ! I’m blown away by the results ! I’m hitting new pb’s with perfect every week for upper and lower body ! 😻😻❤️
Thanks! I'm so obsessed with my #touchbeauty body device REVIVE. Love its RF technology so much. Pretty easy to use with the no-button design. I can see my legs are much firmer than before. It is my essential device during the workout. :)
You know, I really want to point out how grateful I am to have found your channel, because you ALWAYS make it a point to not shame anyone for seeking comfort while working out. I've been working out consistently for some time now and everyone seems to give you "bonus points" for holding the dumbell in a certain way (even if it pains your shoulder), for using high boxes for step ups and not using straps bc then it means you're weak. THANK YOU, for making everyone understand that there is flexibility in how you do certain movements and that your safety is the top priority, that you don't need to go full out every day to actually see progress. My trainer calls it "the minimal discomfort needed to evolve" (might not make much sense, we speak Spanish lol). 💕💕💕
I’m not even exaggerating but i’m obsessed with you hahaha in a good way. You are truly my idol and I love everything that you are doing. You are setting a great example for us girls that if you put your heart and effort to something you will achieve it. I love your workouts, your active wear brand (only wish you had discount for us living in Canada as duties are hella expensive) and also the cereal infused protein powder hahaha Keep up your work and can’t wait to see what you will do next
I stopped watching her for a bit, until I realised I was just ENVIOUS!!! I never realised I envied anyone, but I definitely envy accomplished fitness/businesswomen like her! Now I've made peace with myself I can enjoy her again because seeing her doesn't make me feel so lazy (because I'm actually working on myself and doing well now). I wonder how many people envy her or people like her and end up putting them down, instead of dealing with their own sh!t and celebrating other people's success.
You have NO idea how much your encouragement hits when I need it! You are the only fitness influencer/trainer I’m able to actually learn from! You are the reason tbat me , someone who has never worked out a day in my life… had the confidence to finally try! And 2 years later I’m still going strong. No pun intended lol but I also wanna add I’m on week 5 of lower body strong and it’s LIFE CHANGING.🔥🙌🏻
I really think our girl Krissy here is a psychic cause a few hours from now I'll be going to the gym and doing a glute workout from one of her vids and boom she posts a new video, so now I'll be doing this one today. Thank you Krissy. I hope you know that you've made a big impact in my life. I'm slowly starting on being consistent in one thing and I hope this continues. I pray for the success of your app, brand and team. Love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
As a guy, I Watched your first recommended glute exercise videos and I have come to enjoy the Sumo Dumbbell Deaflift and Single Leg Deadlift. I have thrown both of them in for about a month and to say they both work is incredible! Squats, Leg Extensions and Leg Presses are good, but I felt I was missing out on glute focused exercises. This will definitely help out further of what to do.
You have helped me so much Krissy, and have learned to not be scarred of using the squat rack, I’m focusing on my form and technique and taking my time so Thankyou
Honay I am unapologetic about training glutes because I had a horrible back injury and training glutes is the only thing that has me back to pre injury days. Thank you for this video!! ❤️❤️❤️
You have been sent from the Heavens😇. My husband is a MCPT and it's similar to pulling teeth convincing him to personally train me outside of his clients. So I've been binging on your videos honey.❤️ TY TY TY 😊
Thank you so much for the tip for the lower back pain on RDLs! I am a former college athlete and gym lover, but was diagnosed with arthritis in my spine a few years back. I was, to put it genuinely, quite pissed for a while at things i couldnt do because of inflammation (back squats or a lot of other back/bending movements) Since having to go on injections, I am able to control the inflammation and have reintroduced moves back into the gym or have found lower impact versions, and this tip was really helpful❤
I’m honestly so self conscious about going to the gym and it’s still a whole new world to me. But watching these videos keep giving me confidence to go back every day. Also .. who the heck is complaining about her feet ?!! Cmon, leave her be 😤
I absolutely LOVE the detailed explanations on positioning! I soooo appreciate it! Super helpful from someone with a super weak core who struggles with lower back pain.Thank you so much!
Just found your channel and I love it I was a personal trainer for 5 years but when I had kids I retired 😄 love your style of training and how your all about form and doing the exercises correctly and not just pumping out reps! Your so encouraging 💟💟💟💟💟💟
I go to the gym and exercise constantly because of you , your videos are very motivating and i really enjoy watching them and I am so grateful for all the effort and love you put into every video . Love you so much krissy ❤️❤️❤️
I wish Krissy could train me. I started gym nov 22 but working more and more since jan23. Learnt a lot from this channel, I am new to the channel and working my way through the videos. I have lost 16 pounds. Love u krissy. X
Love how you explain each and every exercise! And your Sculpt it program is amazing, my body feels stronger and I love the variety of exercises in the program. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and tips! 🥰❤
Love this chick! Your simple explanations on form have helped me explore more of the gym. I can now confidently take on new weight lifting challenges without hesitation or insecurities clouding my abilities. Thank you Krissy for your service!
I love this! I get so annoyed because I’m quad dominant and I know deep down I have to work on my form and start from the bottom up to get my booty used to doing the work! 🌟
I love the lower body strong program! I hope you’ll keep adding on to it ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for giving me the confidence to go into the gym and use the weights. Whenever im unsure on my form, i can come to these videos and learn and go try it with confidence ❤️

I just watched 4 maybe 5 of your most recent videos & I can’t thank you enough! I’ve learned so much & also realized I’ve been doing a couple of movements ALL WRONG! Thank you soooo much Krissy! ***gonna go update my work out plan now 🥴
Always love a Krissy UA-cam video 👌🏼 got back into lifting this year and I gotta say these videos did a lot educating me, but also in empowering me, giving me lots of confidence to enter the gym ALONE (and getting stuff done) 🥵 THANK YOU BABE 💕 The personality, and the “disclaimers” speaks so much to me 🥹 please show if you have a designated core workout/day!!!!
I keep searching for "Lower Back friendly exercises to build glutes" on UA-cam, I hope you do one please 🥺 You're my favorite trainer on UA-cam, I learned a lot from you! Thank you Krissy ❤️
I guess you could use isolation machines, I would say that basically every exercise you perform with a barbell has an impact on your lower back. I don't know if that's an issue for you, but you can train slowly and progressively your lower back to get stronger
@@fra9824 thank you so much for your response 🙏, I am definitely staying away from barbell exercises but I find it harder to target my glutes, maybe I need to be more patient!
I believe keeping the core tight at all times is the most important thing but also not exaggerating the exercise. Like the Romanian deadlift… I don’t think Krissy has this issue but if you go further down than needed for the RDL it becomes more of a lower back exercise than a hamstring and flute focused exercise. For most people you really just need to bring it right below your knees, because it’s a hip hinging movement and your hips don’t go further back the lower you being the barbell, most people can only hinge to right below their knees, otherwise it can become more of a lower back exercise.
@@san7043 sure the tightness of the core and learning to brace it correctly is not mandatory, but if you have your lowerback injured for any reason I really don't know if is smart to keep putting strain on it. I would ask a licensed trainer help and see the available options for my case specifically
I truly love how she takes her time to explain the workouts and how to do them properly, not a lot of trainers do that on here.
I KNOW!! PT in real life don't do this, and I can't help but compare them to Krissy now. I've had 5 PTs now lol.
yes me too!
