Yes, the remix version of My Heart Goes Bang is well put together and doesn't disappoint. Great Synth-pop banger in my opinion. Hey Johans, I'm very passionate about my 12" singles because it's my 1st love. My collection is first and foremost about the 12" singles. Music that I heard in the 80's at the clubs. Of course, new discoveries by collecting and gaining knowledge through UA-cam and Discogs. Stay safe, my friend and keep on digging for those hidden treasures.

I could talk your ear off with the Pet Shop Boys ‘Introspective.’ The album was risky since it didn’t have radio-friendly timings on its songs. The tracks are really not remixes, just long songs. The formula worked as it did not turn away potential buyers. What you need to track down is the limited edition FOR DJS ONLY Introspective Club Mixes album - limited to 5000 copies. And .... get the CD: Introspective - Further Listening 1988-1989. If you’re a Pet Shop Boys fan, they’re essential. Happy hunting!

@@klassicjam Avalon is a great album, also look out for Flesh and Blood, Same Old Scene is one of their best tracks. Also Siren is a great earlier album from Roxy, though my copy is a bit scratched sadly. Glad to hear you're OK, me and my girlfriend really look forward to the next video!

Agree with you, Trevor. Just like my Discogs Want List... should have "pulled the trigger" on some of these hard to get gems. As the years go by, prices go up and of course I have regrets not getting these nice jams. Thanks for tuning in to my channel.
I went to one of my local record shops recently and found the 12" single of Tia's 1986 dance classic "BOY TOY" ! It's an amazing track! If you haven't heard it, I highly recommend that you check it out! I love the cover photo of Tia in a black and yellow shoulder padded top and big 80's teased hair!

I am loving your channel! FYI the American Wipe Out Mix of My Heart Goes Bang is not the original. There is a british mix with all of those Stock Aitken Waterman hand claps and without any guitars. It might not be as collectible, but it has a great build up and the vocal entrance is so explosive it drove the crowds crazy. In my opinion the best remix of the best song they ever did. And Box Car? Tapps? Wow. There is another song by Tapps called Hurricane, another fun female vocal pop song. Looking forward to your next post.

I knew about Tapps years ago and downloaded their material (just love their sound). Recently discovered Box Car; no idea they were from Australia and had this "sound". Both tracks on the record are killer - so creative!!. Can't wait to go record shopping again. Stay tuned!
I always see Box Car around but never pick it up. But I should trust anything on Nettwerk. Class X comp looks rad. Introspective is definitely my favourite PSB.

The Box Car record really surprised me. Something a little different for my collection. Nettwerk is a really cool label; it covers an array of various genres. Check out Class X 1 with Blue Monday, "Stranger" by Xymox, and "No Disco" by Depeche Mode. Hope you can get a good deal because they are quite pricey. Class X 2 has "Don't Go" by Yaz, "The Walk" by The Cure, and "Let me Go" by Heaven 17. Amazing and Vintage must-have Synth-pop Music. And Yes, I'm really happy with my Pet Shop Boys find. Keep those videos coming!!

Hi DJ Chancia. Yes, I’m a retired mobile DJ which I spun records, CD’s, & used Serato software for a total of 13 years. I’ve been collecting vinyl continuously since 1998. Before that, collected from ‘82 to about ‘88. I have my own music room which I really enjoy mixing my music when I get a chance. These days I’m more of a collector. It’s so much Fun. Also - I love that you have some Book of Love. While it never had a vinyl release, we actually did a remix for their "All Girl Band" single that came out recently - definitely wonderful moment for me! as I ADORED them growing up! (it's called the "Pristina Mix" if you decide to check!)
