      Thank you, I'm glad you like it. I trim the top of the Bougainvillea to control its height and encourage more bushy growth. By focusing on the top, the plant redirects its energy to the side branches, which helps produce more flowers and keeps it fuller. When I cut deeper into the plant, it takes a longer time to start flowering again. If you cut half or more of the branches, it might even take up to a year before it blooms again. Regular light trimming keeps the flowers coming without such long delays! Hope this help 💚

    I brought my in. It she'd offf the leaves and then new ones grew and then they dropped. What do I do now?

      That’s normal, she will come back in spring, reduce the watering, water only when the soil is almost dry to avoid root rot; she doesn’t have much water because no leaves. I water mine maybe twice during winter and nothing else. You can also prune now if you want to give her a new look or shape. If you need more info, let me know
