I love this house! I'd make a few cosmetic changes with fixtures and some carpet removal. Then it would be perfect. I'm sure they'll miss this gorgeous home. Best wishes to the former and future owners.
I like the master bedroom... I would just make sure there is a lock on that door that connects the closet to the laundry room... The basement man cave I would add a stove and oven to make it a studio apartment...
The commentary was excellent, thanks for the detailed highlights .This home is magnificent, unbelievably just so beautiful with the trees being a extra bonus as I like trees. I'm currently residing in California where a home such as this one would be about around 3 million not including the beyond believe basement. Georgia home and neighbors are so nice as I looking forward to moving to Georgia soon. I am really excited . I am typing this post as I'm watching this video and I just saw the steam room and I am now speechless 😂

We're finalizing that today. It's going to be between $850K-900K. The exact same floor plan sold last month for $850K, and we have a few better features/upgrades.

Although large it still seems really cozy the way the layout is. The basement was dreamy, looks like an extension of upstairs vs sterile forced rooms.
